Pulp Juice and Smoothie Bar — Restaurant in Ohio

Here's the problem: someone decided to cram two businesses onto a small parcel of land at a busy intersection. There's not even a need to wait for the punchline. Anyone - even city planners - should have foreseen the inevitable. Maybe they did, and have a good laugh every time they think of people trying to use these businesses. The parking lot and driveway are very small and narrow, so you often have "face-offs", where a driver going one way is faced with a car going the other way and there is NOT room for both to go beside each other. See photo. Add to the comedy an actual drive-through for one of the businesses. In a photo I included, you can see a delivery truck (clearly an occasional necessity) blocking an entire lane from street to drivethrough. Yep, THAT'S the day I decided to make my first-time visit to this juice/smoothie bar to get a just-operated on daughter something she could drink and keep down that would presumably be 'healthy'. Never again, and I mean N-E-V-E-R. Other than the supreme frustration of trying to actually park and go into this business, the staff is slow. Yes - the location is new, but if it is open, everyone should be trained and ready to go. The only reason for the three stars is the product. The price and inconvenience are why two stars...

I will never step foot in that Pulp or any Pulp !!! Especially this specific one !!! Very Very very rude not helpful when I simply asked if they could see if they had overcharged me ! The one worker straight said No because she didn’t ring me out ! The owner was also very rude so might want to watch out who runs and owns your franchise! I work for franchisees and they would never speak to a customer that way nor would I since I work in customer service ! Horrible service and we also waited 25 mins for two smoothies ! I could say a lot more but that experience really was very upsetting!! But what topped the cake was the owner Adam how dare he talk to me that way !!! Smoothie was great but my complaint is this. The young lady who had on the grey oversized sweat shirt and something on that was supposed to be shorts , I was totally disgusted by your work attire! When you bent over the back cooler to scoop sorbet your business was showing to everyone on the other side of the counter! Everyone else working was dressed the way they should of been.
