THIS HAS BEEN ALMOST 3 WEEKS AGO, 08/09/2025 AND STILL HAVE RECEIVED NO RESPONSE FROM THIS DISGUSTING PLACE. THIS ARBY'S DOES NOT DESERVE NOTHING EVEN CLOSE TO ONE STAR BUT IT IS REQUIRED IN ORDER TO POST A REVIEW. THE OWNER, LISA MOUNTS, DID NOT EVEN HAVE THE COMMON DECENCY NOR PROFESSIONALISM TO RESPOND TO ANY TEXTS MESSAGES, REFUSED TO ANSWER ANY OF THE MULTIPLE PHONE CALLS MADE NOR DID SHE RETURN OUR PHONE CALLS CONCERNING THIS MATTER, WANTING A RESPONSE FROM HER REGARDING THE PHOTO TAKEN OF MY WIFE'S SANDWICH WE SENT HER, WHICH CONSISTED OF A FULLY RAW, FREEZING COLD PIECE OF CHICKEN THAT SHE ACTUALLY BIT INTO & VOMITED AFTER. WE HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY RESPONSES FROM HQ NEITHER, SO I AM GOING TO EXPOSE THIS DISGUSTING RAT HOLE THAT SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN & BULLDOZED OVER. THIS IS FAR FROM OVER. STAY AWAY FROM THIS ARBY'S, DO NOT PUT ANYMORE MONEY IN LISA MOUNTS'S POCKETS. SHE IS DISGUSTINGLY HORRIBLE AS WELL AS HER ARBY'S RESTAURANT. Waited quite a long to get my food. Sitting there I had time to watch a lot of fooling around. I was in the drive thru. When the young man took my pmt card, he had it for a long time while hollering to some one in the back. It was the first time I had ever been concerned about ID theft. When he finally returned, he gave my receipt as well and I looked for a name tag. His apron was untied as if he had just put it over his head. A short few seconds and he returned to ask me "You had an Itaian Sandwich, right?" Then closed the window again and hollered to the crew what I had ordered! They must have just started making it at that point, considering the time that passed. My last concern which made me take pictures of all 4 license plates in the parking lot, the guy at the window opened and handed me my sandwich and said, "thank you. ----- (my first name). There was no one in line inside or out when I pulled up, I do believe half way thru my stay someone came to the drive thru behind me. I had been to this Arby's 3 times in the last week and this was the first questionable visit. It was 7:30 ish PM Sept.6 2019. The food...

In five out of five visits to this Arby’s location, they have not gotten my order correct. I have thrown away more food than I have eaten, due to not realizing this until I get all the way home with my drive-through food.

It was no surprise to me today to get home with curly fries instead of the crinkle fries I ordered.

However, the worst thing about my trip there today was when the young man tried to hand me my drink, a sprite, it had dark soda all over the outside of the cup. When I pointed this out to him and did not take it from his hand, he didn’t see a problem with that. I pointed it out to him again whereupon he rolled his eyes, shook his head, and turned to grab a napkin to wipe off my cup. Had I taken the drink from him my hand, drink holder, and steering wheel would have ended up with sticky cola all over them.

This Arby’s is the only fast food restaurant close to my house, where I can quickly grab lunch when I work from home. After today’s visit, I will drive further from home to grab lunch from any other restaurant.
