My partners blood sugar crashed during our shopping trip so we needed to grab a quick snack. Upon walking into the shop, it was the most confusing system going on. We stood there not sure which counter was open to order and when I looked at one of the workers and asked, I was greeted with eye rolls and "I dont know". Yeah, I was as confused as you are reading that. So we start to order. (Two pretzels, two soft drinks) Lady told us they were out of pretzels... (At an Auntie Annies lol?) And for us to wait since they just made a batch of pretzel bites. We paid and waited...and waited...and waited. Literally watched them stir the batch for like 10 min. They placed a bag on the counter, didnt say who it was for, eventually was half of our order so I sent my partner out with that half to go eat since they were ill. I stood waiting, had to go back up to the counter to ask for atleast my drink and this is where the woman at the counter got aggressive and nasty. Slamming the cup down on the counter. I had asked if the order was almost done (It was 15 or so min at this point) and she snapped at me in a condescending attitude, eventually shoved my bag of pretzels at me without a word and stormed off. Like, I wasnt being nasty at all, I asked for help and where to order, and asked the status on our food since it was a long wait with only me and one other customer. (It wasnt busy?)
TLDR: Staff are young adults with attitude issues and no training. Looks like their system of running the place...
Read moreAwful customer service and poor management at it's finest. My husband ordered the garlic parmesean pretzel bites, was told it would be 12 minutes before ready (line was out the door). He waited in the sitting area outside of the pretzel shop due to an overcrowded store. When he went back inside exactly 12 minutes later, was told they were all out again and that it would be another 12 minutes. No empathy, no anything. At what point should he have waited to be notified that his pretzels were ready? My husband asked for a refund and left because there is no way we are going to patronize an establishment who doesn't value their customer's business or time. And yes we get it, we are all stretched thin and in a lot of cases understaffed these days but common courtesy should be the...
Read moreUnfortunately the service at this location is awful. The two recent times I have stopped in the staff was completely oblivious to the guests waiting as well as rude. I just stopped in to give it one more try and witnessed 5 people standing inline plus myself that were completely being ignored. One associate was baking pretzels and couldn’t have looked more miserable. The two additional associates were busy with one sweeping the floor as the other was making cinnamon rolls. No one was acknowledged or welcomed into the store and the staff could really careless if guest were waiting to be helped. Probably the worst service I have had in years and I will not be back. I hope they find a staff that cares about the Guest Experience because the pretzels are good but not worth...
