I give a Zero Star to Huntersville location. I give a 5 Star to the Cornelius location.

I had an issue with a manager, NOAH, at the Huntersville location. He literally had excuses for his lack of performance and due diligence with my order. I felt completely dismissed by him. I asked him for the name of the manager who is above him and he replied, he is the top manager that nobody is above him. I said, NOAH, everyone has someone above them. He responded, ma'am I can't hear you. I took my phone off speaker phone and said can you hear me now, he responded, no I can't hear you. Are you kidding me?? He answered because he could hear me and I realized that he was literally just ridiculously messing with me. So very immature and has no business even being an employee, let alone in management. I told him I would find out some other way, and for him to have a great rest of his day.

Then, I called the location in Cornelius. TAYLOR answered the phone. I explained to her what had happened, asked if there is anyone at that store that I can speak with above NOAH and she gave me the name of the operations manager, Alex. I am very eager to speak with him. So, if any of you out there has had issues with NOAH from Huntersville location, please reach out to Alex. This young kid has no business working at chic fil a. How I was treated and shrugged off is not acceptable when chic fil a has been my number 1 place I spend my money at for 2 decades!!! ALSO, THIS IS THE 2ND TIME OVER THE SAME ISSUE WITH NOAH. Last time, I let it go, this time, I realized it's actually intentional, and need to put this information out.

Back to my great review for Taylor at the cornelius location. You listened to me and then apologized and it was not even your store. You provided me with the name of who is above NOAH and said you were going to reach out to your operations manager for him to reach out to Alex as well. Taylor, is top notch!! EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED! Me and my husband love Chic-fil A and this location just does not hold up to Chic-fil A standards. Everytime we have ordered at this location they have messed up our, quite simple, order. Our first time coming to this location we ordered breakfast and one of our sandwiches did not include the bacon we paid extra for. I called and spoke with Joe Hatzopoulos and he told us to come in the next time and they would fix our order free of charge! Unfortunately when we went back they charged us still for their mistake. With this order they messed up one of our sandwiches yet again! We went back into the drive through and of course they fixed it on the spot but unfortunately one of the ladies took back the messed up sandwich just to throw it away. Unfortunately what I did notice was that the lady who took back the sandwich, that we already had touched, kept on those same gloves and continued to make other customers orders without changing her gloves! With a whole pandemic going on that could make someone sick! This location is unable to fulfill a simple order but also they DO NOT follow safe food handling! I do not recommend going to...

I normally never have an issue with any Chick fil A establishment, like ever. However, today was a different experience. The service was great, the staff were friendly and catering to their customers. I went through the drive-thru with my boyfriend and we ordered. I got my food and there was a long blonde/brown hair in my fries. I went back through the drive-thru and another employee came and helped me, he brought me a large fry to compensate for that mishap. Me and my boyfriend left and I was pleased with the correction. We left and I take him home, and he texts me at 7:38pm saying he had threw up from eating the Cobb Salad with the Garden Ranch. He has thrown up 3 times and now has to go to the doctor from eating the Cobb Salad. It is possible it’s food poisoning and I am quite bothered at the fact that this has happened. We’ve never had such inconvenience at any other Chick fil A location except this one. I am HIGHLY frustrated & disappointed.
