All small businesses like this close at 6 or earlier! Go to one of the big name places that have no personality or customer service if you need it later! No reason for a 1-star review! (exhale...) She goes out of her way to get to know you and help you with all your shipping needs. Plus, when you get to know her better, she shares recipes with you and even talks sports!!! Please go to this store! BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I had UPS try to deliver a package while I was away. I came home to a note saying it had been sent to this store and I had 7 days to pick it up before it was returned to the sender. I didn’t get home until 9 days after the note was left, and I reached out to Jennie in a panic. She said she had not sent it back to the sender and I could come pick it up whenever. I went to pick it up that same day, and she had to leave earlier due to a prior obligation, gotten a friend to watch over the store, and accidentally locked my package in her office.
