Everyone at the facility was so welcoming! My first encounter with them was over the phone. I called because I was having a little trouble with a gift card. Ashley wasn't able to figure out the issue either so transferred me to another associate/manager, Megan I believe. Megan was so sweet and helpful and worked through the technical challenges until we got everything sorted out. When I visited the facility for my appointment, Ashley was at the front desk. Again, she was just so welcoming. She greeted me by name and welcomed me in. We went over my intake paperwork and she confirmed everything on the forms.
