Chow Time Pizza — Restaurant in North Carolina

From out of town. Here for a baseball tournament and my car broke down so it was in the shop. Ordered from Chow Time two nights in a row so we could have delivery. Had to wait 2 hours for our delivery! Food was delivered but they forgot my meatball sub. I called and was told by the manager that I had to go pick my sub up MYSELF if I wanted it tonight! I told him my car was in the shop and I was staying at a hotel and could not go pick it up and it was his mistake... meaning his business.. he told me it was not HIS mistake. I know he didn’t personally forget it but someone there did and it needed to be brought to me or credit my card. I was once again told that if I wanted it I had to go get it OR I could place another order tomorrow of atleast $10 and pay another $3 delivery fee and they would bring it to me. He finally had a delivery driver say they would bring it to me on their way HOME! Not on the clock and not getting paid for it! WOW what a way to run a business! I will NEVER eat there again!! FYI: I had NO intentions on eating it when it was finally brought to me because I don’t trust whoever made it or the manager at this...

I'd give zero stars if possible I love pizza I've eatin pizza so far in 23 states..(I have a food blog about best pizzas in each state) so I was told best pizza in marion is here!! Well let me tell you 1st time I took a bite I wish I didnt! It was undercooked the sauce tasted old it was way over priced! I thought maybe it was the cook so I took a chance tried it again.. I got pepperoni And extra cheese this time... there wasn't that much pepperoni sum slices had 1 piece on it and there wasn't any extra cheese but I sure got charged for everything!! It reminded me of like papa johns pizza but papa johns give you more pepperoni and its cheaper (i hate there pizza as welI) I asked to talk to owner and the lady at the counter was very nice and tried to get in contact with him and he did not awnser her. She did tell me when would be a good time to try and get ahold of him. Everytime I tried to get ahold of Chuck he was not there or called me back! I will never eat there again and on my pizza page I let everyone know best pizza in marion is not...

This place must be under new management. Before they were mostly OK. Now they go above and beyond every time. We usually order from here once a week and I am so impressed with the level of customer service- from the people that answer the phone, to the managers, to the delivery drivers. Everyone has gone out of their way to make sure we had a positive experience. They’ve called us back to confirm our order when things we usually get were put in their system differently. They’ve remembered that we like our pizza’s uncut and honored that preference even when we forgot to mention it. The personal touch and the extra effort is definitely noticed. Also, they are the only folks that deliver out around Lake James. I will continue to recommend them to all our neighbors and friends. Keep up the great...
