I ordered from this location in mid-november. I received my pizza cold, and 1.5 hrs after I ordered. The driver informed me that he had to come from the Clemmons location to assist this store because of order volume. I received an email about 2 weeks after the order for a free appetizer but it expired a week after I received it so it was useless since I don't order pizza on a daily basis. I understood and decided to order again, the bad service did not fail. I placed an order today 12-21-17 at 12:09pm... I believe the employee is named Tyler... he placed me on hold for 4 minutes so I patiently waited. When he returned to the phone he rushed me through the ordering process. In the end I asked to place a special note on the order which was to please call my husband when the driver arrives because we don't use the front door.. I provided the phone number because I was at work. Tyler said "Alright. Have a good day." And cut off the phone. So, 45 minutes later I receive a call from dominos. I obviously didn't answer because they had to call my husband. The driver rang the door bell instead. The employees in this store do not care about customer service, they only care about hanging up the phone so they can gossip some more. Read moreJuly 26, 2022 Tonight we ordered two pizzas and a order of garlic bread twist. The garlic bread twist are supposed to have butter and garlic on them. Well ours did not. So we call and let them know that the garlic twist were plain. Guy answers the phone, my husband explains the whole situation, young man on the phone proceeded to tell my husband that there is nothing we can do about it. Well by now I'm call them back. Im more mad at the customer service part of the situation than the garlic twist not being right. So I get on the phone and ask for the managers name and the employees name and told them that I was calling head quarters in the morning. Realized I didn't need their names because they have a schedule with their names on it and headquarters can find out who these two were. I get a call later as my husband walked into the building the young lady call to recheck on my order to make sure it was correct. As she got off the phone she rolled her eyes and started complaining about how difficult I was being, as my husband asked about out order she try to justify why she was bashing me.
