Just picked up an order for delivery at this Dunkin. My delivery driver app texted me that the order was ready for pickup. I arrived and proceeded to the pickup counter where I was promptly ignored by no less than three employees who looked me straight in the eye and ignored me for almost 10 minutes. I was scanning the counter for the sealed bag that would contain the simple order of a half dozen glazed donuts. None in sight. That’s because the delivery order that they falsely indicated was ready for pickup was indeed NOT ready. Someone simply pressed the button on the tablet. It was NOT busy at all, only one other customer in the place. Someone finally stuck their head from around the corner and asked if I was picking up an order. I was told it would be ready in a few minutes. Funny, I thought it was already READY! Minutes later a young woman slides a box across the counter declaring that the order was ready. No tape, no seal, no bag, nothing to prevent anyone from rummaging through the order if they so desired. Anytime I pick up a delivery order at ANY other DD in this town the order is sealed in a bag! Can you say COVID? These were without a doubt the rudest, laziest, most unprofessional employees I have ever encountered. If you want delivery do NOT order from this location. Read moreI really wish this location would get it together. I always say I’m going to give it one more chance, but it’s the worst service I’ve had at a DD. I now go out of my way to go to a different location. Every single time I order a coffee with 1 cream, I get a solid white coffee. Half of it is cream. Everytime! It’s unbelievable. And I haven’t received my order on numerous occasions because they don’t read back your order at the window. Or they give you half your order, take payment, and then you drive away thinking you have everything. Little do you realize, you only have half your order in the bag. Why don’t they say that at the window? Like hey, we are still waiting on the rest of your order. On top of all that, I have gotten up to the window many times to learn their system is “down” and they won’t even take cash for my coffee. Or better yet, how about you just comp my small coffee sitting there staring at me from the window. This location must have terrible leadership. Read moreI almost feel like i’m not welcome whenever I order here, which isn’t often anymore. I understand it can be a high speed work environment especially in the mornings, but the borderline death stare and the silent but aggressive thrust of the drink out of their drive thru window literally has me sitting in silence for the next five to ten minutes that i’m driving. Like I said, i understand because i’ve worked in environments like Dunkin Donuts before; it can be stressful and overwhelming during the rush. However I go to every business with a kind and respectful attitude because I expect to be treated the way that I treat others.
Additionally, my coffee tasted more of creamer and sugar than coffee. And that stays pretty consistent every time i come to this location.
