UPDATE: I made a good post about this location a month ago below is the comment but I take my recommendation back after today. On 6/9/23 the manager named Dee and his employee tried to physically attack me and also called me (the B word) threatening me all because my smoothie bowl wasn’t made correctly and requested a refund. The employees made uncomfortable asking for my refund for the smoothies. I have never been afraid that much in my life. I called the police to come to the location I was being followed out of the store and being cussed. I was scared for my life I would not ever recommend anyone else to go to this location. It sucks because this is the closest location to my home but I will drive an hour to get to another location and then come back here. I contact the store owner and explained the story and the owner did not seem to understand how bad the situation is and just told me sorry and have a good day. I will take further action and reach corporate.

Read moreI visited Smoothie King today at 3:20 PM EST and was disappointed with the service. When I arrived, the only employee on duty, a female staff member, was sitting on the customer couches in an otherwise empty store. I placed an online order at 2:55 PM, with an estimated pickup time between 3:10 and 3:15 PM. When I informed her I was there for a pickup, she walked to the counter from the couches, picked up my paper order, and began preparing the order. I asked, "My order is not ready yet?" and she replied, "No it is not". I pointed out that she had at least 25 minutes to prepare it, but she claimed the order had ‘just come in.’ She had to at least be sitting on the couches for half an hour if she did not notice my order come in until I got there.

I believe that her name was Maya, and she went the extra mile to make sure my smoothie was just right. I got a Keri Champ Berry smoothie from another location earlier in the week which tasted awfully watered down- it’s the first time that this ever happened to me at Smoothie King. I was telling Maya about it, and so as she was preparing my order, she helped me to customize it and gave me samples to make sure that it turned out just the way I wanted it to be.
