I ordered a pizza at 6:30 p.m. I was told that it was an hour for delivery at 7:45 I called to check on the ETA and I was informed that it was delivered already. I was confused because I was paying cash so how was it delivered already and plus no one ever rang the doorbell when I went outside I found it on the porch and when I opened the box it was filled with bugs. I was highly upset especially because I was not notified that it was delivered no phone call, no doorbell and then you set my food on the ground when I have two chairs on my porch that you could have placed my food. I was told to by an employee that they were going to personally remake my food and deliver it themselves I did not get my pizza until 9:00 p.m. I let the employee know that I wanted the owner to reach out to me even if it was by text message because this was highly unprofessional. Well I never heard back from the owner and he was at the shop when this whole incident happened. There was no apology given by the owner there was no compensation whatsoever. I have been a customer for over 3 years in the last 3 years the customer service has declined and they have messed up on orders. I always love supporting local businesses but this was the last...

I have been a customer of Fox's Pizza for about 8 months, at first it was just mediocre pizza, but I live so far out of town, they are the only ones that would deliver to my house. The last 3 times I've ordered pizza, I received it one hour and 20 min after it was ordered, I only live 12 min from the restaurant, and recently ordered on a Sunday early afternoon...not a busy time. It was delivered cold and looking like it had been done for over an hour. I've called and complained and they really could give a darn. If you want good pizza, steer clear and go somewhere else. I am all for the small business, but jeez, they seriously need to brush up on their customer service!!!!

Update!! The owner of Fox's Pizza in Waxhaw reached out to me via text message and apologized for the poor service. He admitted he was short staffed with drivers. He gave me a discount on my next order. I went ahead and gave them a second chance and the result was hot fresh pizza delivered 20 minutes earlier than I was expecting, and it was delicious.
