Hungry Howie's Pizza — Restaurant in North Carolina

Called the store around 8:30-8:45p.m. to place an order while I was on my way back from Lexington. Listened to the entire automated answer machine, then was immediately placed on hold for 3+ minutes.

Showed up to the store while STILL on hold and placed my order. When I left to wait for it to be prepared, I realized I was missing something from my order and tried to call the store back to have it fixed; again...no answer, just put on hold for 3-5 minutes.

Went back to the store to have the order fixed.

When I finally got the order, it tasted decent, but I am pretty sure I got a half/normal size instead of a full size. It was such a small sub.

Overall after spending ~$20 on two items, I was not satisfied with my experience and wish that there was a way to speak to...

Ordered delivery. After a hour of watching the screen only get as far as "Make" i called. Not to my suprise they asked my my name then pho e number then address then what I ordered.... Finally I was able to speak to a manager and she told me that I put the order in as a pick up. I asked her why did I pay a delivery fee and left a tip also why does my confirmation say delivery? She told me it must have been a fault in the system and they could make it for me if I wanted it delivered.. well if u had it made and ready for pick up why would u need to make it?? Regardless I just canceled my order and was not even offered a free pizza for my hour and half of wasted time . Complete fail on all people...

Walked in here afterca disaster experience trying to get Pizza cut in squares for my 5 yr old grandson. The boy taking my order promised me that they could and would do that with a thin crust pizza. 4 times he said that it would be cut in SQUARES. I explained the importance of this request, and I was assured that it would happen. When the next person tried to hand me the pizza along with the second pizza I ordered for my husband, it was cut in pie shapes. Im not sure how difficult it is to just cut it in squares but that was 2 restaurants that couldnt seem to make this happen. They eventually cut itcin squares but... you could imagine how that came out... needless to say pizza that day...
