Did a DoorDash order and majority of it was absolutely disgusting! The little chicken cheesesteak was not a full size little cheesesteak and had barely any chicken in the sandwich. The burgers looked like they got rolled in half and did not have the toppings that were supposed to be on it. The chicken tenders were burnt and torn in half when we received them. Went to the actual restaurant (which was a major inconvenience for me) just to have the food remade and was told no because they closed the kitchen down. THEY CLOSE AT 9 PM AND I WALKED IN A LITTLE AFTER 8:30! They would not do anything to help satisfy me as a customer. While I was driving there my mother was trying to call and request a remake of the food so it would be ready when I got there. They answered the phone and hung up on her TWICE! When I got there and told them she was trying to call, I was told they turned the phones off and then not even a few seconds later the phone started ringing. When I asked if this is something they would serve to customers in the actual restaurant, the woman I was speaking to just started “yessing” me to death. She was not listening to anything I was saying. When I walked out of the store they locked the door behind me and continued to talk amongst each other staring at me while I was sitting in the parking lot trying to receive a refund. I am absolutely outraged and disgusted by this store. They will need to do a lot more than a “retry” to get my business ever again! And if they are gonna “take this feedback and act on it quickly” they should have done it with the first one star review they got. I think a whole new night/dinner crew is needed because this is absolutely ridiculous!!!!!

HWY 55 is one of my favorite burger spots. I was excited when we moved to our new home and seen that this location was less than 5mins from us. The Po’Boy was half wrapped in Reynolds wrap and the other half of the sandwich was touching the inside of the bag, tomatoes, lettuce and sauce had all spilled out into the bag as if the food was just thrown inside. The Orangeade tasted terrible (not sure how you can mess that up) Smh!! The actual taste of the food was bad. The fries were white (looked under cooked) was too scared to even try them and the burger and hot dog tasted rubbery (very chewy). The Po’Boy is currently still sitting in the bag 🙄 This food cost $35 to only have to get food from somewhere else bc of this bad service. I do not recommend this location at all. I am so upset about this and the fact that we wasted our money!! This location is not even worth the one star I did give it. Don’t eat from here!! 😡🤬

Its okay. Its kind of tucked away from other businesses. I would recommend a few things to improve the customer experience. 1. Clean all the mirrors on the inside- get what they call sprayaway glass cleaner for both the mirrors & windows- you will thank me if you use this product- you can find it at Walmart & Lowes. 4. Clean all the air vents in the restuarant it makes it look dirty & nobody wants dirt falling into their food. 5. Fix the light in your fly trap. 6. Spruce up your bathrooms- make them feel more homey add some scent & decor. 7. Do a free sample Saturday- put about 3 yard signs by the road or more with your logo and say in big red letters Free Sample Saturday- then on Saturdays offer everyone who comes in a free sample- you decide what it is but something you can upsale to the customer and gets you margin. I say all this because its a good resturant it just needs a little more attention because you have great customer service.

I have been to at least ten different andy's restaurants and this one is by far the worst. We arrived on a Sunday to a half full restaurant. Our waitress was very friendly and got us our drinks and then took our orders. We waited about a half hour before I finally had to get up and ask the waitress if we could get some refills (even though I had made eye contact with her many times obviously conveying that our table needed something.) I also asked if the food would be done soon since I had never waited more than ten minutes at any other andy's, even with a full restaurant. She said it would be out soon. I also want to add that there were four servers there and 3 cooks for a less than half full restaurant at this point. Our server was busy and took nearly another ten minutes to bring our refills while two of the other waitresses stood around and talked to each other. We waited another half hour (total of over an hour) when we finally got our food and were told we would receive a discount. None of the orders were right and all of the burgers had the wrong toppings but we ate them anyway because we were starving. When we got to the register, we only received 10% off. Needless to say, I will never be coming back. Poorly trained employees, poorly managed, poor food, and the longest I have waited at ANY restaurant...
