4042 Sweet Treats — Restaurant in Clayton

My family and I were driving past and didn’t realize there was a treat shop back here! We stopped in and had a lovely time. I had a sample of the peanut butter fudge ice cream and it was very good and my toddlers shared a chocolate ice cream. I also ordered one of the mixed sodas and the employee behind the counter (Keenan) was very helpful and friendly. We will likely come again, although one concern I have is that there is only one table inside the shop so if anyone else were there, it would be hard for my small children to eat ice cream without getting very messy. I understand it’s a small shop though so there’s not much room for a lot of seating inside. There are two tables outside if the weather is nice. One thing I noticed that impacted my soda mix choices was that the fruit flavors are syrups and not purées. Another local soda shop uses purées, which taste better to me...

I recently visited Sweet Treats 4042 and was looking forward to trying something new. The young lady who took my order was really nice and provided great customer service, which I appreciated.

Went here for the first time today as a treat for my kiddo! We got a small ice cream, 2 cookies, and 2 of the fizzy sodas. The cookies (red velvet and Reese) were delicious and they even warm them up for you which was great! My daughter loved the strawberry ice cream.
