Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in North Carolina

There's only one store close to me, and I've never been disappointed with any aspect of this store. From the first "hello, what would you like," to paying, all the employees seem like they actually want the customer to be happy/satisfied with their sandwich. And, no matter how busy they are, they take the time to fix the sandwiches as the customer wants. I've always eaten in the store, and when watching the employees with other customers that come in after me, they are very consistent. The reason I keep mentioning the employees is that most all of them seem very young! Like high school age. And, I haven't ever seen/heard anything unprofessional/inappropriate from them. I'm just very impressed with those employees. Excellent job employees and great job management for hiring young adults who act like young adults and not like they want to be anywhere else...

My husband and I love Jersey Mike's Subs he doesn't want me to get subs anywhere else since I bought one home for dinner a while ago. I have never had bad service from there the employees are so kind to me and always offer's to help me with getting my drink and getting to my car being I'm handicap and use a walker to be able to get around . On the question that you can answer on your phone about there service it ask if they do temperature check at the door and I answered wrong they do not do temperature checks. Went and got my husband a sub today and took it to him at the construction site and surprised his Foreman that his sub was on us today . Most employees are really nice but every once and a while I get low key judged for wanting a veggie and it puts of my return for several months. A week ago today the 2nd guy making my sandwich kept asking if I'm sure that's all I wanted on my sub. I pointed out a veggie is on their own menu. Then he dropped my sandwich while putting it in the bag. (It was in the bag so I thought it'd be ok.) I should have said no thanks and walked out then because 10 minutes after eating the sub I threw it all up and my stomach hasn't been right since. Thanksgiving was kind of a bummer.
