Jimmy John's — Restaurant in North Carolina

I was the only customer there today when I went to get a sandwich from this location and Team Member “JOSIE” was extremely unpleasant. I could tell by her body language she was irritable. I ordered a simple Pepe on French with lettuce on the side. While she took my order, I politely asked if I could get the lettuce on the side and she said “yes”. I also asked if it was possible for me to get a slice of bread that was on the darker side (this establishment has major inconsistencies with their French bread). She picks up a very light piece of bread and I asked if I could please get a darker one, I pointed at the one I wanted. She grabbed it and tossed it on the table while mumbling under her breathe. As she continued to prepare the sandwich, she reached for the lettuce and began to put it on my sandwich, I politely said to her “lettuce onside please” she got super irritated, rolled her eyes and threw the lettuce back into the container. As she finished making my sandwich, she wrapped it up and walked over to another side of the store looking for something to put my side of lettuce in. She pulled a ZIPLOCK plastic bag out of a pile of containers and put my lettuce in it. YES! A ZIPLOCK BAG! How unsanitary, especially at a FOOD establishment. She handed me my order with the same irritable unpleasant body language she had the entire time. I asked for her name and informed her that I will be making a complaint. I got home to eat my sandwich & it was distasteful. I only ate a few bites. The sandwich was NOT GOOD! PAYING customers should not be treated in such manner and “JOSIE” should be held accountable for her poor customer service. I will be calling cooperate tomorrow. I will no longer support this establishment. Every time I’ve gone, they hardly have any business, I’m surprised it’s still open. Today I placed a delivery order. I heard a sound like someone hit my car . when I open the door. It was the delivery driver from Jimmy John’s. Who pulled up aggressively?So she walks up to me , don’t great me or nothing hands me the receipt and my food. I signed the receipt. So,I started walking to the trashcan. She dropped the receipt and the wind start blowing it away in the ditch . So that’s when she said. It’s not like I made any money off this order anyway and I said excuse you and she said it again it’s not like I made any money off this order anyway. she jumps in her car and drives off like she’s in Kentucky derby or something. I am so disappointed and frustrated with the customer service. I just received it. This is my birthday weekend and for someone to act like that is very disappointing to me and she should be ashamed to act like that and be disrespectful to someone because she didn’t get a tip. She didn’t get a tip because of her body language and not giving good...

Coming from a previous employee they are very unprofessional do not care about anyone else’s food unless it’s there own send the sandwiches out with half of it hanging off and wrapped completely horrible. Customers come back with complaints and there rude I saw first hand being behind the line. The manager at this location picks and chooses her favorite employees they call out they eat whatever they want take bags of sliced meat home multiple free meals chips cookies you name it bottles drinks. and she doesn’t care unless it’s a person she does not like. The business can’t even pay there employees on time. When they said they would. The manger runs the store based solely off of her feelings alone costed another employee a manger position simply because she was butt hurt. Because another employee asked a question regardless of what was right or wrong. Allowed employees who have been there to bully other employees even tho they were wrong. And is completely...
