I went thru the drive thru tonight and ordered about $40 worth of food. While at the speaker the employee takes my order and everything on the screen was correct. Even though the wait time to get to the window was long so you would think my order would be ready by the time I get to the window, nope wrong. The guy asks me what my order was and had to enter it all over again. He couldn't get the order correct for some odd reason it was very simple. Popcorn shrimp combo with fries and strawberry lemonade, 2 piece dark (2 legs) fries and a strawberry lemonade and a 3 piece dark (2 legs and a thigh) with fries and a mango lemonade. I pay for it and get nor receipt with my change and he tells me to pull up and they would bring it out to me. There is already a car parked in front of me waiting as well. Finally the guy brings out the food and forgets my lemonades so he has to go back inside and get it. While he does that I'm checking my order and of course it was wrong. Both chicken orders had white meat in them and mashed potatoes. I let him know my order was wrong and he takes it back and he says he is sorry. I get all the way home and check my boxesm and it's the exact same food again!!!!!! 😡😡😡 I don't know what they have going on in there but the service sucks. I tried calling to the store once I got home and nobody never answered the phone. I am very disappointed. What happen to the good customer service. A few employees outside door smoking and cutting up when we arrived, not very inviting, our first visit. Food was mediocre, edible, but not fresh or prepared with any care. I ordered the two piece special, was asked white or dark, I asked for white, I had one very small wing and a thigh. Why ask? The sides were ok but only about half full in the small container. It seemed cheap, the very small biscuit was good but almost half the size of KFC. The cashier added a $1.79 lemonade that I did not ask for on my ticket, I asked for a cup of water. So as she was politely, she was being nice, refunding my money to me with 80 cents of it in nickels. I asked, you're kidding, why would I want a pocket full of nickels, she claims that all she has. I have her twenty cent so she could give me a dollar. This was right at lunch time. My wife got the chicken sandwich, big in the middle but rather small compared to the bun, she said it was ok. She would not order it again. This was my first visit and not looking to go back. This location seemed poorly run, the employees seemed genuinely friendly. A lack of training, proper food prep, customer service, quality controls were evident. I really thought about taking to the manager in charge, not sure he would have been receptive, he didn't know how to fix the nickel issue. Read more0 STARS IS TOO GENEROUS‼️‼️I’m ashamed that I have to give this place even a single star. I’ve been here two nights in a row simply trying to order some chicken sandwich combos, with one order being placed in advance and PAID IN FULL on the app. The first time coming through the drive thru I waited fifteen minutes in line, being honked at by people behind me, until being told that both the sandwiches and the wings we were hoping to order weren’t available. Being already frustrated waiting to talk to somebody for that long, just to be told that none of their inventory is available, I went home planning to be more prepared tomorrow. I get home tonight from a 10 hour shift and place the order, IN ADVANCE AND PAID IN FULL, only to find out that the Mac and cheese for our combo, which is a 3 dollar up charge for some reason, as well as the 6 piece wings once again WERENT AVAILABLE! When someone besides the drive thru attendant approached us about the situation, all she could say while on her phone was “what?!” Not only can I not receive the food I have already paid for, but I now have to go through a strenuous experience with Popeyes customer service in order to regain the money for the food I never received. NEVER have I seen an app offer food at a location that can’t service. I really like Popeyes but this horrendous experience has changed my perspective on the brand as a whole.
