Absolute HORRIBLE customer service at 9:45pm on 4/24/23. Only giving 1 star because I have to otherwise this location would get ZERO!
Waited at the drive thru speaker for 7 minutes without anyone taking my order. After 5 minutes I said “helloooo” still nobody took my order. Waited 2 more minutes and finally drove around to the window. Manager comes to window and I said I waited 7 minutes at the speaker and nobody took my order. I need 3 double cheeseburgers with meat and cheese only and no bun. She very very RUDELY tells me I have to drive back around because she isn’t taking my order at the window. I said I am not driving back around I just waited 7 minutes and nobody came to the speaker. As she closes the window she says “then you want have your order taken” to which I said “then I will sit at your drive thru window until you close. She said “and I will call the cops” at this point I’m fuming. I told her “call the cops because you are refusing my service” she walked away from the window. 10 minutes later she comes back to the window and stares at me while talking on the phone. At this point I have 10 minutes to get to work so I needed her name so I could leave and I would report her. She refused to open the window and refused to give me her name so I Tried to call the restaurant to get her name and she answered and hung up the phone on me. Called right back and she wouldn’t answer. 2 other employees came to the window but I guess out of fear of losing their job, listened to her as she was standing there telling them not to open the window.
It’s one thing to get poor customer service from a general worker but to receive that type of service from a manager/shift leader applauds me. How did this lady make it that far??? To anyone who sees a middle aged, heavy woman with brown/gray hair please DO NOT give her your business. Read moreFinal Update: I have tried giving this location a chance after multiple issues from the past year (2023). I have had issues ranging from soggy, cold fries, half melted slushies, ridiculous wait times, and rude staff. The final straw for me was when I ordered two mcdoubles and had to wait behind a vehicle for 10 minutes (which was fine, I would not complain about that alone) and the people in the vehicle were arguing with the drive thru employee. I get to the window to verify my order. The employee said "Two mcdoubles and a mcchicken?" I politely corrected the employee that I had only ordered two mcdoubles. Instead of correcting my order, the employee argued with me and tried to charge me for the mcchicken I did not order. I tried again to ask her to just not charge me for the food I did not order and charge me for the mcdoubles. But for some reason, the employee would not correct the order and insisted on charging me anyways. I ended up just going to the Taco Bell next door instead. I was a little peeved about this and attempted to contact management about my bad experience in hopes I would be heard and that maybe they would train their staff to be more polite and compliant with customer's wishes. I got a standard automated response and nobody got back with me to verify that they had even read my complaint. Management appears to be apathetic and displays no desire to improve their restaurant. I will not be ordering food at this McDonald's anymore, and I highly discourage everyone else from going here either. You will more than likely have a bad experience if you go to this location. Read more745amFirst of all the menu signs were not changed to the breakfast menu when I arrived and that was confusing even after I mentioned it to the Caucasian blonde hair blue eyed female that I have had terrible customer service from before. Her eyes were more glazed than the donuts I wish I would have chose to get instead of visiting this location this morning. She told me to "go ahead and pull around to the second window" she didn't repeat my order or even answer after I inquired upon whether or not a #4 was the type of biscuit that my son wanted. I paid with my visa card and I received my drinks and my food from the what I presume was the manager. blue button down shirt. African american. she told me to have a good day. I still did NOT receive my card back this entire time and I'm sorry but there was absolutely NO reason for the blond girl to have my card for that much of a duration of time especially when all you have to do is swipe and give me a receipt which i also did NOT receive! I told the manager i needed my card back and she verbatim stated "you'll get it back" Absolute RUDENESS thank you for helping me make the decision to NEVER visit this location ever again.
