The pizza smelled and tasted like cigarettes, presumably because the driver smoked in the car when delivering the order. It was also undercooked and the toppings were grouped together. The delivery driver forgot the 2 liter of Mt Dew that I already paid for. The driver suggested I just remind them that they forgot to bring it on "my next order" and they'll give me an additional 2 liter then. I told the driver "it would be nice to enjoy with my food this evening and I would like it to be delivered as requested." The driver said they'd be back in 5 minutes and never returned. I called the store 30 minutes later and the manager answered the phone. I explained the situation and the manager seemed to not care, never apologized, and was uninterested in providing any type of customer service. She then advised she would "remove the little 3 dollars from my bill", in a condescending tone,, which never happened. I have enjoyed Papa Johns for many years and have had a couple hiccups with orders, no big deal, it happens...but never anything like this. I will share this experience any time Papa Johns is discussed as a potential meal option. Lastly, my better half and I have really been enjoying Digiorno since this experience any time we get a pizza craving. Just as good for...
Read moreUNBELIEVABLY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I called tonight at approx 7:40pm and spoke w the manager to notify him that I just recieved an order I'd placed through Doordash that came made incorrectly. I explained normally I'm not the type to complain but this was my THIRD negative experience in a row with their store. First the manager told me he would refund money through Doordash - which never happened. Then he offered to send me a replacement pizza made correctly, which I accepted. Remember this call was at approx 7:40pm. At 9pm no such replacement order had arrived so I called back and asked that same manager if the pizza wad actually still coming since it'd now been 1.5hrs I'd been waiting?!? The manager assured me I would have the replacement order in no more than 30min. Well, at 9:50 - still no pizza. So, I call back and sit on hold for 10min waiting for someone to take my call. Opps..the store closed at 10pm.. my call drops. How convenient for them. WHAT A TRASH WAY TO RUN A BUSINESS. That manager had no intention of resolving anything even after I explained I'd paid THIRTY SEVEN DOLLARS for my order which he admitted was delivered incorrectly. This store is a joke. AVOID AT ALL COSTS if you...
Read moreCalled 15 minutes before closing, which I get is frustrating, but we live 2 minutes down the street and wanted a simple order being I had just gotten off of work and wanted something hot to eat nearby. I was told that they were unable to take the order because they had already cleaned up for the night. Correct me if Iâm wrong but from my knowledge of working in the industry, you close at a certain time and that is when orders stop, not 15 minutes until. Anyways, asked for corporate number so we could call and discuss it and was rudely hung up on. Called back to speak with someone on a higher level, and as soon as they picked up, there wasnât a greeting except âdo not call this store againâ followed by hanging up. Customer service is absolutely terrible! Regardless, they could have easily took the call and complaint and everything would have been fine! Now I will never go there again. The customer isnât always right but at the same time respect is a big thing when it comes to the food industry. To blatantly hang up just shows there isnât any customer care, proper training, nor management making sure the place is running like it should!...
