I tried to return with a receipt 2 ham Biscuits. I was told rudely by a Shyann" that she was the store manager and she refused to take back the food and refund my money. She was purposely confrontational from the very beginning. Update 4/9/2024 still no call from a Manager or Owner. This employee lied to me. As I found out through Bojangles Corporate she is not the store manager.I contacted corporate and they advised me of the actual manager's name. I called the store and have now left 3 messages for a manager callback. The manager did call one time and left a voicemail but no return number,and the number listed as private. She has not called me back anymore. Shyann should not be employed after her pompous tirade with me. She made it a point to speak loudly and unprofessionaly. It's obvious the Manager could care less as well. I await a callback! I would not recommend anyone eat at this establishment. Both the employee and Manager have proven they simply do not care. Shyann would be terminated by any manager if customer service was of any importance. You should be ashamed at your behavior. I'm sure it's why a grown women like you would be stuck working in fast food. Some people just simply never grow up or have any ambition. Some take their miserable existence out on others.Lastly she even refused to trash the bag with biscuits I had sat on the counter. As she rambled about how I was breaking the law by leaving the biscuits on the counter. She demanded I throw them away. I left them on the counter! Lmao..arrest me.Just an unbelievable experience. Read moreThe food tastes fresh, and they often will put down a new order of chicken when I place my order for a family feast. The staff is friendly; however, every single time there are items missing. A 12 count chicken tenders is often 10 in the box. The last time, the ten were barely edible; they were mostly breading, skinny, and dried out even though it was a fresh batch cooked for my order. ( I guess they do not teach them to watch quality control before putting them in the box! Apparently, they also do not count as they are putting them in the box.) Paying for two extra breasts and finding out that they're not in the box when you get home is not pleasant. Driving all the way back up there is the real time waster. The result is that everyone else has eaten, and I have to come home to cold side dishes. I expect to have something like dessert added to my box for my trouble or a coupon for my next meal free. Instead, and extra breast is offered.
The only thing I ask is for people to do their job correctly and to truly try to make up for their misgivings. While the manager on duty was apologetic, the person who packed the order made zero apologies and did not even look my way or smile. We're all human, and we all make mistakes. How we handle ourselves after mistakes have been made, especially after someone had to drive all the way back up to the store, determines the quality that the restaurant offers. Since this has happened multiple times, my review today reflects two stars for the overall quality offered at this restaurant. I hope that when I go back there will be employees to take the time to do their job well, and my review can change to reflect that positive...
Read moreRead moreIt's difficult to read this Bojangles because this is probably the first time out of the last five times I've been there that my chicken was very fresh and very good! The gentleman that serve me was in a black shirt so I'm assuming to be a manager he was very nice excellent but that being said, he was the only employee that I have encountered there within the last 3 months did I can honestly say did their job! The issue is normally the food is completely dried out never ever get what I order even when I go inside, the younger staff typically working nights there, shockingly seem to be better than older crew. The day staff needs to learn that the customer could possibly be rightat least once in a while! Why roll eyes and argue because I ask if your fries are fresh? Just keep that same energy..... BUT when I smile say "thank you, have a great day" (LOWKEY hoping that you'll take a note on how to treat people ( keeping in mind that you're 40 years old and should have known this before you ever got your first job) THE ABSOLUTE LEAST YOU CAN DO IS SAY IT BACK! OR HECK I WOULD BE COOL WITH A SMILE! Meanwhile, my fries were freezing cold and hard! I don't like to complain I don't fuss I have worked in restaurants! I was a manager for years, so trust that I understand & I get IT!!!! EVERYBODY has bad dayS, but if it's that bad all the time and it's the whole staff maybe it's time for new surroundings! I guess in conclusion what I'm saying is Bojangles is awesome and Walkertown if you go at night...... GO DURING EVENING SHIFT and ONLY DURING...
