Ive never felt so disappointed before by this place ever. Ive been a customer here since I was a child and make sure i stop by everytime im in town visiting now that ive moved. I went through the drive thru and orders the 2 hot dogs combo but always ask for red hot dogs because ive never liked the brown ones! The drive thru worker sounded new and asked me to repeat my order numerous times which is totally fine and i also asked questions to make sure she had gotten it all down! after i had paid and gotten out of the drive thru i took a bite of a hotdog and realized immediately it was not a red hotdog. no big deal to me personally but i decided to go back in and just ask to switch it over. the one worker who potentially was training the new hire (she couldve not been new i was just judging off of her not knowing) got angry when i told her i had asked for red hot dogs and then proceeded to parade around the restaurant and in the kitchen yelling about how many signs there are posted to ASK for red hotdogs if you want them. i could hear her speaking loudly to the mananger potentially or whomever was cooking the hotdogs “do i just throw these away or what?” she even went as far and walking the worker who helped me in the drive thru to the sign i was standing next to and said see how it says ASK FOR RED? it felt humiliating and it was HORRIBLE customer service. I am not argumentative at all as i work in customer service and people are humans and make mistakes. It is also degrading to assume that it was my mistake without simply asking and was basically implying i cant read? Ive been a customer here forever i am well aware of needing to ask if i want a red hot dog specifically! if it wasnt directed at me it was truly disrespectful to the new hire to speak this way as well and i felt horrible for her to have to watch this too. overall horrible experience i couldnt believe my eyes and it made me want to cry. after 10 years of being a repeat customer i may consider elsewhere due to the disrespect from staff. whomever the older blonde woman is working should be retrained on customer service as i have been in it for 10 years myself and have never spoken to a guest that way (even if they were extremely disrespectful to me). a simple fix with no complaints or argument turned into an...
Read moreThe guy taking drive thru orders seems to have the intelligence of a carrot. Every single time I come here I order the exact same thing (2 bacon cheeseburgers with extra bacon and extra cheese, and some fries) and every single time it gets messed up. Had him read it back to me not once...not twice... not even three but FOUR TIMES and still can't get it right. He read it back with a mellow yellow and chicken salad sandwich in there. HOW IN THE WORLD DO YOU HEAR THE WORDS "MELLOW YELLOW" OR "CHICKEN SALAD" from a simple one line sentence. 2 bacon cheeseburgers extra bacon extra cheese.... got my food and not only was there no extra bacon... nor any extra cheese... but was also missing the mustard chili and onions that come on the burger.. says clearly on menu board in big bold letters "ALL BURGERS AND DOGS COME WITH MUSTARD CHILI ONION UNLESS TOLD NOT TO"... even tried to clear it uo at the window asking MULTIPLE times why is it cheaper than usual? It usually cost $13 and some change.. today it only cost $12 ... after having it read back multiple times at the speaker...and multiple times at the window.. both ASSURED it had extra bacon and extra cheese...even charged me for it on the receipt... they hand me my food... I check it...only 1/2 piece of bacon and 1 slice of cheese. I could understand if it happened once or twice..everyone is human and makes mistakes ..but this happens EVERY SINGLE TIME and usually I at least get the mustard chili onions like it's supposed to...this time not even that...and still charged me extra. It's amazing how thesse fast food workers are demanding $15.00+ and hour but can't even take a simple order. Very very sad how incompetent most of the wait staff is at fast food...

I’m guessing that this is an anomaly though, related to the half price special, thus three stars. Ordered two dogs at half price (3.29) and a double cheeseburger special (9.99). Cashier tried to charge me nearly full price $16+. When I brought it up, the first young man seemed totally confused and unable to understand that, regardless of what the system said, the price he was charging me me was ~$2 more than it should have been. Whether $2 or $200, I’m not paying extra, just because. When I pointed this out, the second young man understood/corrected the issue, but seemed annoyed that I dared to ask. He made a face and snatched my card out of my hand, seemingly disgusted that I cared about the extra charge. Perhaps he is willing to pay more because a computer says so, but I go by the posted price, and basic math. I have a feeling this was a one off just because of the half-price day, but I’m not gonna give a full five stars because no matter how frustrated you get, you shouldn’t snatch a customer’s card out of their hand and act disgusted. In fairness, after he did that, I was harsh myself, but once someone persists in telling you that 2+2=5, and then gets frustrated that you’ve pointed out the error and snatches your card, that can be a little...
