I just want to say that the new manager as of 9-10-25 “Jessica “ has been a nightmare!!!!! I’ve been going there since 2015 and have never been treated so terrible!!!! I’m calling corporate and reporting her…. She is so rude and cold…. I spilled a drink and was cleaning it up ( as a customer) and when I went to wipe up under her table ( she was on her laptop on a netting I assume) she got super nasty and said she had already wiped it off her lap top… when I said oh I didn’t know it got on there I’m sorry she kept being nasty and said I know u didn’t know!!! I just stopped and looked at her like wow, what did I ever do to you??? And another day I was talking to an employee and she literally came up and asked us “what the problem was ?” Then another time I was talking to an employee she came up and said “go on break now” while we were just chit chatting briefly ….. she is always fussing at the workers and she has an icy demeanor towards customers…. She also kicked 3 regulars ( I was one of them) out from a table that she said she had “reserved “ which I’ve never heard of having a table reserved and there were other tables available … she is the opposite of what u expect and want in a...
Read moreI have been coming to this Starbucks for years now and have been quite pleased with my service up until recently. There is one specific barista named Alyssa whom I have been told is a shift supervisor now (yikes). I sit in the store to use wifi to get some tasks done. I have observed her behavior with customers and with her peers. Her smile and kindness depends solely on her mood and stress levels. Her grundgy outfits NEVER meet Starbucks dress code expectations. Always wearing leggings and sweatshirts with skeletons on it, looking like she put no effort in to looking presentable for her JOB. Not to mention, I have heard her using foul and offensive language, seen her roll her eyes at customers, and even overheard her mention to another barista that she got high before work. I cannot believe that this girl is being paid to be a leader for such a well known company. If something isn't done about this behavior I do not mind driving further south on 77 to a better ran coffee shop with a team that doesn't get stoned before shifts or treat you poorly because they...
Read moreCurrently here now, the hourly employees or whoever is here at the front are nice and helpful...store is clean and well organized. The girl who rang me up was super nice. However the manager, I assume due to him wearing a black shirt, seems to be a different story. I didn’t see his name but he has reddish hair and a handlebar mustache. He should probably keep from jumping onto employees who must be new since she didn’t know how to work the register correctly to sign in. To be hateful with an employee with a customer standing directly in front of you is ridiculous and bad business. There’s a time and place for that and if the girl didn’t know maybe he should focus his efforts on training. Starbucks service and good attitudes are what truly set them apart...there are other coffeehouses popping up who use high quality and ethically sourced beans. If this manager is the face of where Starbucks is going they will lose their...
