Absolutely love the Italian beef sub. Food is always fresh and hot, servers are on their phone a lot at the bar in front of customers when you need something, but they are still friendly. Hate asking for refills, a box, napkins, etc when there is maybe 5 other patrons in there. Portable pos systems slow things down a lot, just grab a pen and paper and save half the time. Had a pickup order at Monsoon and popped in. It was like walking into a regular joint off the streets of Chicago!

Had a great old fashioned from Angie and talked to her about the update and bringing the original wood front and back bar in from Illinois. It was cool to see something reminiscent of being back home or from the area.
