Starbucks — Restaurant in North Carolina

Yummmm and nice peeps. Got everything perfect and it is every time I order. Never a complaint... Unless it's a long line but it goes fast so NBD there either. New stuff is different but really good 👍😊

EDIT 22 hours after original post: Wrote this yesterday about how great our Starbucks is. Today I doordashed an iced and a hot. Luckily! The ice was a new thing that I was trying new to me. At least, the white chocolate mocha , and it was great which I was skeptical about cuz I'm not really a mocha person. But I did order a hot cinnamon dolce latte as well. I always order a size down so it can be put any larger cups so I have room... With that being said... I basically got a shot of espresso in the bottom of my cup that was still sealed in the Starbucks bag when it was delivered by my door dasher. It's a bag. Was not even damp. All the safety seals and stickers were still in place. So it was obvious this was done pre-packaging or transport /delivery. I was so baffled by the fact that they would actually send that at all to anyone like ever that I just stared. Finally I took pictures as I got in contact with DoorDash. I did get a partial refund back since it was only a partial amount of the product that arrived. And again it was not the dashers fault because upon investigation there was no damage to the packaging and even the cup still had the stir stick. Even if it would have been full enough to be acceptable. It was cold when I got it as well. So. Double whammy!!!

A day of disappointment happens even in a life time of...

i’m from raleigh, visited someone 15 minutes from this place. the location was impossible to find. when we got there, after walking up steep stairs, we realized we forgot our masks. we walk in and an employee rudely starts reciting their script for anti maskers. interrupted me when all i wanted was to ask if they had any disposable ones we could use, he interrupted with “no that’s why we have the sign” ok, understandable. we made NO SCENE. just walked out. was a 10 second interaction. my boyfriend walked all the way back to the car while i sat in the snow to get a mask. when he went back in, they rudely glanced and all 6 or 7 employees was giving him dirty looks. you all were rude to people who have the same beliefs as you!!! not everyone is out to get you or make a scene!!!

also they barely had any drinks or foods. couldn’t even make a vanilla sweet cream cold brew correctly.

not everyone is some evil anti masker...

It’s awesome there was a Starbucks on campus at Western North Carolina University. The staff was wonderful, quick and friendly. I ordered black coffee twice and it was good.

Excellent outdoor seating choices and clean bathrooms. Ok internet.

The lack of 5 stars from the food is for how overwhelming the place got before the football game. I had ordered egg bites. The staff did their best and apologized and tried hard after it was clear food was heavily delayed. It was clear this Starbucks isn’t ready for the game morning rush.

Not sure the solution, but the staff was doing what they could in a very challenging situation. It had to be hard to remain friendly when people were upset and rude. But they did and made it through. Hope someone can help figure out a better way to get through game morning so it’s not a lose lose for everyone with...
