Iâm giving this place 5 stars because everyone here is great except for this one Indian ladyâŚ. Idk her name but I came in on Thursday August 21st with my wife and we walked in and got 2 cookies and asked for water cups and my wife got a soda because she usually does and then the lady said rudely, maâam, only water for water cups and my wife said oh okay with confusion and said sorry I work here and then the lady working said even more rudely, I am the owner and Iâve never seen you before and so my wife got her water while she was just staring at us and we were going to sit down and eat our cookies and drink our water because it was a nice day to be out so thatâs what we decided but then the lady kept staring at us still and mean mugging us so we leftâŚ. We wouldnât recommend going and ordering at this store if you see an old Indian lady working there. But everyone else there is amazing except her⌠This is not how you treat paying customers.. Idc if itâs only for cookies, if we came in there to buy stuff, we are customers! Do your job...

First, I was in the store but ordered online which, it seems, is the only way to order a BYGOF sub. And, the app itself isn't all that straightforward. In this day and age, that is inexcusable. There were two young ladies serving customers and they barely had time to lift their eyes to greet them. The store is sorely understaffed (evident by the 10-12 people in line the entire hour I was there)! Secondly, the two young ladies preparing the food would take maybe 1 online order every 5 or more walk-in customers. Consequently, I waited on the premises for about 45 minutes! I don't if the manager instructs them to do this thinking that walk-ins spend more money OR the servers were simply too busy to see/make the subs for online orders. Regardless, the online ordering situation is a disaster. Subway can and should be able to do better. Until then, Harris Teeter subs are looking awfully...

Today I was not satisfied with my order and contacted to store to let them know I was no satiafied and was going to come up and have my order remade. The only thing the manager had to offer was a new piece of bread. Upon arriving to this location she attempted to put the same meat on my new sandwich. I notified her that I wanted new meat. She continued to tell me that I shouldn't have ordered my sandwich the way. As a manager, she should be trained to know how to treat and speak to customers. For her to tell me I shouldn't have ordered my sandwich that way if I was going to complain is unacceptable. On top of that she attempted to put the same meat on my new sandwich. I maybe wrong but I was under the impression that it must be remade because of health code. Overall, horrible experience. The manager is a waste. They would be better off making one of the employees a manager. Atleast they have customer...
