Mulligans — Restaurant in North Charleston

So I went to the bar multiple times since 2016 when it was closed down and was disappointed until a week ago. When I went in the bartender D and a pleasant woman told me about the bar being open since January. I went in, and the atmosphere is like the cleanest hole in the wall bar you can have. Smoking is not allowed inside, which i love is becoming a thing in most places. I also found out it was remodeled and almost made into an entirely new bar. They have pool tables, darts, and tvs for entertainment purposes. The bar is clean and run by bartender D that day. She was awesome and super friendly. I did order a burger, fries, and beer special, and it was amazing. I subbed the beer for a coke and fries for tots. As a previous KCs customer, this place has done a complete 180! OB was by far the best, friendliest and most attentive bartender I have ever witnessed this place having. She explained the “home of second chances” on the napkin boxes (I was curious to why they didn’t change the name) and great job to the new owners because yall have outdone yourselves and stood on that! OB even went to her personal handbag and got quarters for pool for us because they ran out and the quarter machine was out of order. This place is great! Under new management so I’d avoid the old reviews since it just reopened and is no longer smoke filled. They have a limited food menu of common bar food, we had the the mozzarella sticks and jalapeño poppers and those were some of the best I’ve ever had.
