Me and a friend have been there three consecutive times we've had the same bartender / server. He can take our drink orders take a minute to get our drinks together brings the dream leaves us comes back about 10 minutes later after we have flagged him down then he gets up food order. I always order the same thing wings and fries. The first time I let him upsell me from Five wings and fries to 12 wings and fries. He brought the food out my friend is a vegetarian so she only ordered hummus and there was our food but not one napkin. They had Bingo going on the service didn't bother to mention what was going on in the bar we just kind of figured it out because that's how people wood cards and the other equipment. He treated us the same way to other times the third time my friend left a dollar and a note that let him know why he was only getting a dollar and that that was too much!!! Actually for the way that he treated us on all three occasions, I had to get up walk to the bar to get napkins each time. Napkins should be automatically delivered with any order out wings!!! I don't want to get it confused that he was slammed at the bar because he was not each time I went to the bar to get napkins and I am being very honest and Frank, desert the waiter bartender server or whatever you want to call him he has a goatee he's a white kind of thick man and he wears glasses very nice just not very attentive to his job. Whenever I walk to the bar he was either in the back talking to somebody or at the bar talking to somebody, but getting napkins or confirming that I order is correct and we are happy was not on his agenda. This is consistent way of doing his job obviously, because we were treated this way three consecutive times either he needs training or he needs another line of work or he just might not like serving black people. What I ordered: BBQ pork fries and pretzel bites with beer cheese for appetizers. Angus burger with Cajun fries for entree. One of the beers and a few sips of my companions' drinks

Food review: Appetizers were big winners! The pulled pork on the fries was delicious. The Angus burger was a bit disappointing. It was a half pound, but the way they cooked it seemed much more like a meatloaf or meatball rather than a burger. Cajun fries were okay, but seemed kind of soggy or undercooked - was hoping they would be more crispy. The beers are served in 12 oz branded snifter glasses, which is more proper for tasting beers, but their cost (and lack of a pint option) seemed like a miss for me. Service review: Top notch - really enjoyed the friendly staff and you could tell everyone, customers included, was getting along very well!

Atmosphere: Great space, pool tables, sand shuffleboard table, pinball, good lighting, table spacing, and decorations

My rating is really based on the food, the beer was good! But the food came out cold, had to ask them to put it back into the heating element where it came from. It really looked like thrown together, the bacon was disgusting and the jalapeño pepper was soft, the "shaved" meat was crumbled together to balls and doused and warmed up in some cheese. I had to take it apart and barely was able to finish one half. Not coming back.

I ate it because I hadn't eaten since 5:50am that morning before traveling up there. Please mention the face I made while eating and how I picked off half the stuff. So yeah, I gave a bad review but wasn't ugly.
