I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service provided by Wendy’s. Recently, I had a very negative experience that left me deeply disappointed.
First, I made a payment of US$ 20, while my order was US$ 17. However, I did not receive the correct change, which highlights a failure in the payment process. Additionally, I ordered an ice cream along with the 4 Nuggets, and I waited over 15 minutes to receive it. The product was only brought to me after I returned to the window and complained, which indicates a lack of attention and efficiency in the service.
I would also like to point out that when I tried to resolve these issues, I spoke to a staff member wearing glasses, whom I believe holds a managerial position. Unfortunately, this person was extremely rude to me. This was the second time I have been treated disrespectfully by the same employee, which is unacceptable.
These problems left me extremely dissatisfied, and I believe that quality service is essential to maintain customer trust. I kindly request that the company take the necessary steps to ensure that such incidents do not happen again and that improvements are made in the service provided.

Read moreSo I went there like Thursday or Friday and paid for my family meal with a $50 and my order was like $39 so the young lady at the window forgot to give me my change so I got home and realized I didn't get my change so i had called up there and the manager said she had the count the draw okay so I called back the manager said yes you are correct what's your name and I'll have the money put up with your name. So I just went up there to place an order and to get money so I tell the young lady at the window about it. She was so loud and ghetto talking about if you didn't get your money back on a Thursday or Friday why wait untill Monday to come get it. First I work long hours....two I don't owe her no explanation of why I didn't come yet to get my money. Two I forgot her name and the manager that came to the window with a blonde wig was like it's early morning so you can pull up and wait until she get in touch with a manager like really what does early morning have to do with it. So I pulled off. I would like corporate number please because if you don't like your job and can't deliver customer service then maybe they need to find somewhere else...
Read moreVisited this establishment today waited in very long line. When I finally got to the front to order I was greeted with go ahead with your order. I asked if they had a six count nugget meal. I was meet with silence for about a minute or two. Once gentlemen came back on he said go ahead with your order again. I asked are you ready now. His reply was NALL I AM JUST STANDING HERE. I replied well I did ask you a question about your nuggets earlier and you said nothing. So I ended the conversation saying I don't want to business here I will just do a review. Left went to Chick fil la meet with excellent customer service and speedy service.
I did call the Wendy's to talk to management about situation. The manager was very nice he said he already spoke with the invidual because he heard it on the intercom. He asked if I was still close so I can come back. I declined saying I was already at Chick-fil-A. Normally customer service at this Wendy's is always good besides the long waits. Thanks...
