Was told it would be ready in 15 mins I always go here for my husband's lunch. Gave it 45 mins cause I figured they'd be busy. Got there they didn't even start the order and when I inquired the girl just said they're busy continued taking orders instead of fixing mine. They called Shannon who said she was a manager she gave no compensation. My time meant nothing. I'm a retired Veteran been going to this location for a long time. Some workers know my name when i come in. These workers were nonprofessional. I'm going up the ladder with this complaint. Not my fault they're understaffed, they chose this career.
