I held off on giving this a poor review because Buffalo Wild Wings is my favorite restaurant and I understood that this is a new location but the service here is awful. The first visit that I went, I spent 45 minutes waiting for food that had been ready the whole time but was never placed out for pickup. The second time my order wasn't made correctly after ordering from the mobile app (which crashes frequently evidently), and the 3rd time I was told that the wings are BOGO on Tuesdays but I was charged the same price for wings twice and told that this was the BOGO price. After informing the cashier about this I was told that this is the price for the BOGO special. I'm a regular at Buffalo Wild Wings so I know better. Eventually after a short back and forth exchange I just decided to walk out without buying anything out of frustrating. Ordered pickup for a wing and tender bundle, got there about 5 minutes before pickup, still had to wait an extra ten minutes but I'm okay with that, however I will say the atmosphere was sort of depressing. No music, boring interior. Got home and dug into the boneless wings, and of course the sauce was great, easily the best sauces in the game right now. The chicken however was hard to bite into and felt almost like it was stale. The fries were okay, but the real disappointment was the tenders.
