Dunkin' — Restaurant in North Cornwall Township

Wednesday july 31 around 5-6pm i was attended by a short girl looks like shes in ger 20's i ordered and so did my girlfriend. We ate our mini bagel and hashbrowns ok but then she had my drink wrong when i said kiwi watermelon with green tea and gave me mango instead and when i started to eat my sossage egg and chez i noticed the way my sandwich was looking . When i opened it i saw a half egg and half patty . I went up to her again to tell her what happened she said ( it comes that way ) apparently it does not . I seen the works all egg and patties and etc are separated and in their individual sorting areas to prep for a meal . So since she gave me additude i let it be because i wasn't gonna argue with her . When i got home my girlfriend decided to check her sandwich and what a suprise ghe half that was missing in mines was in her sandwich and also was charged full price for my order . She should not be working there or everyone needs to be replaced . Its not that difdicult to prepare a meal and give what the customer asks and desires . I will not be going to that dunkin donuts anymore for her actions and i see others are also having the same issue with the workers there . Something needs to be replaced for me or done for me i do not accept it at all its childish and...

This is worst Dunkin Donuts location in PA. I regularly visit DD and decided to give this location one more try after 2 previous attempts. The customer service is horrific, they are rude and the management offers no solutions. The product is even worse. I stopped on my way to work this morning, walked up to the counter, as I was the only customer inside or at the drive through, the clerk did not say one word. So I asked if I may place my order, his reply, "Well what do you want?"in a rude, disrepectful tone. I ordered 1/2 doz donuts, 2 wake up wraps, coffee and 1 lb to go. I once again placed my order, he "slammed" the donuts in the box as if I was inconveniencing him. Then the other girl clerk yelled, "You need to come up here for the sabdwiches ". I requested a carry bag with no response, then I asked again, the girl said "Well, the wraps are in a bag", and threw a bag at me. The worst part-time wake up wraps were hard and the donuts were stale, we had to throw away and go to Hershey DD to replace the order. STAY AWAY from the Quentin Rd Lebanon location. My daughter, her husband and I went into this store. I was trying to order an iced coffee and a young blonde was behind the counter. Apparently, I wasn't ordering the coffee "specifically" enough for her, as she stated.. Because along with being very rude and disrespectful. She was making rude facial expressions at me when my head was turned. My daughter who happened to be watching all of this. Got very upset with the whole thing.. First of all, my daughter has NEVER yelled at someone she didn't know. But she did yesterday. And when my daughter was done, she walked right out the door. I turned back to the girl behind the counter and very rudely she says " Apparently she needs a cup of coffee!" Well we ended up leaving without giving them our service. I would recommend that she gets some training in customer service. Because if she keeps being so rude and disrespectful to the customers. This store will lose more service. Or the manager might want to make sure not to put her out where she has to deal...
