If I could leave zero stars I would. We took three kids and we were there for 2 hours. You read that right. TWO HOURS. there was no wait to be seated, but it still took a hostess FOREVER to get to us. She was nice but it didn’t overshadow how awful the experience was. Many families came after us and left before us. We ordered two adult meals and two kids meals - no substitutions or anything out of the normal. After about an hour we got our food. Then a family sat down and was served and got their food - they actually also complained about the service…. Little did they know how bad it could’ve been. Took forever to get the check and then it took forever to get her to come back and get the payment - I joked we could’ve dined and dashed with 3 whole toddlers and no one would’ve noticed. 0/10 would recommend. I’ll drive further to a different location if I want friendlys again. It’s supposed to be a quick and easy choice. Entertaining 3 toddlers without so much as a coloring page or a cracker for 2 hours was anything but that. Steer clear.
Oh. And after all that, they had the audacity to charge us .25 cents per dipping sauce. My kid got chicken tenders… you’re telling me he doesn’t get a honey mustard included? Even McDonald’s gives you one for free...
Read moreI was in July 14th. Food was excellent, service not so much. I watched servers just standing around joking and on their phones. I asked to speak to the manager because they were loud. She walked over and I had to praise her not for the service but to see what she was doing while everyone stood around, but also did mention the disruption from the servers. Whom ever the manager was she is the true definition of a manger, one who is willing to do the dirty work, KUDOS to her. As for the servers if the manager is on their hands and knees keep the restaurant clean they should be to and not disrupting the dining experience. Only reason 5 stars was given was for...
Read moreOn Tuesday 9/9, I had a very special request for pancakes after normal breakfast hours. If Tiffany had said no to my request, I would have completely understood, since it was dinner time. But Tiffany, the sweet, special soul she is, took a moment to show true kindness to me and my son by granting our simple request for pancakes. She didn't have to, but she made it happen. I wish I could post a picture or video of my son eating those pancakes! He smothered them in butter and syrup, and closed his eyes while he ate them with gusto. Tiffany, you made his little heart so happy that night, and mine too. I will be forever grateful for your compassion. You made a little boy's night (and his mom's) with those delicious pancakes....
