Starbucks — Restaurant in North Cornwall Township

My husband and I frequent this place. We've spent a lot of money there. We've accumulated over 2,000 star rewards over the course of the last year. I typically order a tall caramel frapp with a shot of espresso and 5 extra pumps of the frapp roast. Today I ordered it and much to my dismay, it sucked! Was so bitter and had no sweetness to it at all! Whereas I've ordered this very same drink other times previously and did not have a problem with bitterness. Bold and sweet, just like I like my caramel frapps. This is not the first time I've experienced this, its not just the second time either. All I ask of you people is to get it right. I've wasted too much money by having to throw away a nasty bitter frapp that I've gotten there. Would be nice to be reimbursed for all of the $ lost. But all I ask is, may I please get my frapp a little bold and caramel sweet? Thank you.

The above was written a while ago, but just never posted. This is today, 11/18/24. EVERY SINGLE TIME I order a regular cup of coffee it is messed up in some way. They just can't get it right! it's luke warm, it's double cupped so it leaks all over the place when drinking it, it's filled too full, if it's not luke warm it's scalding hot, how about a normal coffee temperature. there is always something wrong with it. how hard is it to make a simple...

Typical Starbucks where grumpy people sit around mad because they spent too much for coffee that wasn't all that special. Bunch of people I think whom couldn't afford to have Internet service in their own homes just hanging out on their laptops. I know it's a coffee shop but they didn't offer coffee mugs I guess so they didn't have to buy a fancy dish washer or to upsale you on the purchase of a take home souvenir coffee thermos? Why would someone pay to advertise a franchise seems odd. What's next charge for a business card? I think the attire was semi casual because most people were wearing ugg boots with cream or black colored leggings and their choice of oversized sweatshirt or a fleece vest on top of a vintage tee...that was the female patrons...male dress attire was one dangly long eating or two earrings of oversized synthetic diamond...really puffy hair ...track shorts...and same top options as the females...looking around the crowd was very angry with no one smiling.. reminiscent of a library but very progressive and friendly to all cultures except anyone over thirty five was getting stares at like they weren't invited to the party..I believe you go for the soft atmosphere and not the quality of...

Worse Starbucks ever. If you were hoping Lebanon, PA has entered the 21st century by having a Starbucks apparently the employees need some major training. Things wrong with my first and last visit. 1. Never asked what size coffee I wanted. 2. Employees pay more attention to the drive through customers then the customers inside, which isn't saying much if you read the other reviews. 3. They place your order on the counter and that is it they don't call your name just leave it there. I've never seen that done in a Starbucks before. And I don't appreciate other patrons touching my coffee because they don't know who it belongs to either. Why because because they didn't call your name. 4. When you ask for a fork you would of thought I was asking them for one of their limbs. 5. 20 bucks for two coffees a two pieces of cake which wasn't much bigger than a hostess cupcake. Hoping Mod Pizza is better than this...
