Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in North Cornwall Township

I love Papa Johns! One of my favorites hands down. But I ordered delivery at work this past Friday 4/1/22 from the location in Lebanon PA I had to order/pay for extra pepperoncinis which is not a problem at all. We love them too that's why we ordered extra. The pizza was delivered and opened both boxes and there were only 3 pepperoncinis. I called the restaurant and they assured me they guy would be right back with them. He never showed up. Also when we attempted to eat the pizza it was very doughy and not done in the middle. I couldn't call back that night because they were already closed. I have attempted to call the past two days and have been met with attitude and not allowed to speak to a manager. The very least they could do is talk to me and refund my money. Will probably never...

I used to always order from Dominos. After several problems with extremely long delivery times I started using Papa John's. I love their pizza and their delivery times are great. I just ordered from there today and they delivered in about 30 minutes. Only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is because I have had issue with not receiving all my items. Today I ordered 2 2-liter Mountain Dews. I received 1. This has happened several times. I have called the store and was told it will be credited on my account but have yet to receive the credit for the previous times. Maybe I have to see if Dominos has their delivery...

I love Papa Johns. So much that we drive about 25 minutes every Friday to get my carryout order lol. Make sure you check the app for specials before you go- sides are on sale for $6 through the app! ($7.50 normally!) This one is a good one- only once in the past 4 months have I had to go back into the store because my sauces were forgotten.
