Dairy Queen West — Restaurant in North Cornwall Township

I come to this dairy queen a lot. Its pretty close to where I live but I couldn't ask for a better dairy queen. The staff are super friendly. They get my order right pretty much all the time, which says something because I gotta shop for multiple people at home so the orders can get a little complicated.

The only downside is due to covid a lot of people are using the drive thru. So much so that you might be out in the turning lane trying to pull in. They fixed this with putting cones to make the line a longer area but since they removed it, it happens quite a bit. Just don't come around 5 to 7 and you'll be fine.

Now for the covid review. The store lets you both go to drive thru, and go inside. You must wear a mask while inside. The place is very clean. I don't know for certain if you can eat inside, however there is a nice picnic area right next to the restaurant. You can feed geese or just have fun next to a river. There is also wheelchair...

I am still waiting for a daytime manager to call. How do you charge me for chocolate ice cream, whipped cream and bananas but get barely a couple of slices if you can call it that of bananas? Rip off all this coming from a night time order taker who caught an attitude because I corrected him when he said back my order wrong. Then he continues talking about me to the staff, I could tell and my daughter inlaw who was there because the staff kept looking and us then laughing. I decided to take my 3 children out for Ice-cream today after a productive day at the coleman's park. Colin an employee at diary was very pleasant. (Working the Register) unfortunately I couldn't say the same for the supervisor. I'm not sure what his name was because he didn't have a name tag. But I do have a receipt and at the bottom of the receipt his name is AJ Hauser. I understand DQ can get very bussy but there is no reason for this gentleman, being a supervisor at that to have such poor etiquette. Very much disappointed with his customer...
