All the great stores are closing/ closed do to higher rent and increased rent on holidays their are no stores for pepole under age 30 except game stop and the sports stores/shoe stores and the movie theatre. They have no food court at all thankfully they do have mancinos pizza and dairy queen. They do put on events wich are appreciated in a small town that doesn't have alot to do. But with out the good stores the events mean nothing the mall is run by the bosscovs store they need to undersatnd and respect a good business model the good stores they did have that brought them in money they continuously raised the rent on until the stores had no choice but to leave im talking 8,000 for lrg stores 5000 for smll a mnth + a 20% increase for all holidays yes boscovs is a large enough store to be a entity amoung itself but it wanted to be part of something larger wich is being run into the ground. They need a food court, stores that will bring in younger people like spencers, fye which had to leave,a good yr round toy store, a good book store wich had to leave and was the only one for the whole area, a kmart or walmart, a comic book store, a gadivia or candy shop wich had to leave, the stores they have are aimed strickly for people age 30+ up and only one type of person. Even the mall trick or treat event was difficult because its succsess is based on stores being open to hand out the candy. Out of 20 some stores about 8 are closed. They need to treat there stores better so we can have a good...

My experience at LVM spans over years, and they really have made strides to improve things which I'm a great fan of. The Drunken Smithy has been one of the biggest draws of crowds and even their events have been welcomed warmly by the community, with axe-throwing, sword making, and even a multitude of other things still in the works such as a mead hall. They have been one of the main driving forces for the malls revival.
The second is Game Traders, who I have been a long term shopper and customer of since my earlier childhood. Their move to the mall was an excellent move, and I love that their business is also flourishing with new droves of customers.
Finally, I love the events being brought out to the mall, particularly the Halloween event in 2024 which included a sword show and TONS of small vendors doing everything from upcycled jewelry, leather goods, trinkets, clothing, and even homemade food! This little spotlight on local businesses sort of re-invigorated my love for the mall, and now it's a place I can see being a cornerstone of the community once more!
My only hope is to at some point include an alternative store. Zumiez, Hot Topic, or even Spencer's would result in the mall being an almost weekly trip for me. That would make this...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWe are a new tenant at the mall. We own the exotic animal facility that I run with my husband and our two young children. I have spent most of my life growing up in Lebanon County. The people of Lebanon are kind, generous, and hard working. You see this in this mall. My MIL has worked at Boscovs since her son was a toddler. My children ages 5 & 7 love to visit her at work. They often will run up to join her for lunch at the pizza shop. They love to see a movie or spend some time at the arcade. The pretzel place is another favorite. We enjoy the kidās play place. I can work on paperwork while I watch the kids play. My children havenāt been happier since enjoying the bigger space for our growing business & the new opportunities the mall gives them. We are excited to finally open our doors in February. We have had such support from the mall management and community as we worked so hard to get our facility ready for the...
