I really want to like this place, but lately it's been very uncomfortable asking the staff to fix my coffee because they want to speak to me like I'm trying to get free stuff.?? I usually get my coffee with 4 caramel, regular cream and sugar. I worked for dunkin for at 3 years. So, I know exactly my coffee should taste and look if made right. I also know from past dunkin co-workers how they would be too lazy to replace the SYRUPS when it's done, so they would just pump AIR with little squirts of swirl, or they just don't pump all the way down to give people a Full pump. I know all the reasons why my coffee can come out tasting bitter, when I like it sweet enough. Now, when my coffee is good I drive Away and always thank them, because it's not easy job. Now, whenever I ask for more caramel swirl, because they didn't add what I paid for, they quick to say "it's extra money." First of all, I wouldn't ask for more if you gave me 4 pumps like I originally paid for. Secondly, I just want my coffee to RIGHT, and I'll pay whatever .15 cents or .30 cents. It's no big deal.
Yesterday, I just wanted more ice in my coffee, because it's so little that they were floating on top on the cup. It's hot already, so by the time I leave they will melt. That girl was like I'm going to have to charge you more for that. Again, I would not need more ice, if you put enough ice. Secondly, I'll pay you for extra ice if that's what you want. I just want my coffee the way I like it.
Side Note: Customers don't ask to fix their drinks or food if it's made right. We already paying extra for everything, make sure it's right the first the time, by checking your supplies, and that the right amount...
Read moreI am usually not one to do this so me posting says something. By far the worst customer service I have had in a while. Not only did the girl not know what a regular iced coffee was but I also waited over 10 minutes for my food (while being completely ignored by the way) After asking for the second time where my food was I was informed they were all out of what I ordered because it went to the person in drive thru instead of the customer who had ordered & waited for 10 minutes inside (me) I apologized to the girl for me about to ask if I could please get a refund. She looked super confused and said she didn't know. Finally fed up I asked if I could just get 1 donut (even though my food came to just under $3) Again was told she didn't know if she could do that since the prices didn't match up and even went as far as to roll her eyes as if she was being bothered. I told her she could just keep the difference cause at this point I was in there for 15minutes and had my family waiting in the car the entire time. She was utterly clueless and seemed to get even more annoyed by ME. It didnt help that the rest of the crew just stood by and just watched this entire time....
Read moreOh my. So usually I let things go but not today and hopefully maybe the company actually reads reviews. So anyways order ahead on app because I hate talking through the speakers. Wait in 10 car line (yay). Noticed line not moving for over 5 min. Finally get closer to the window and here's why we didn't move. We live in a time where social media, tick tock, and selfies are all the rage. I mean why would we make coffee orders when we can dance and take photos? Literally that's what was happening the girl putting in orders was dancing and taking pictures.... get to the window girl making coffee belting off Elmos world song. Got my coffee oh wait no not my coffee someone else's handed it back explaining not mine for the young window girl to stare at me like I'm a alien. Then I say we'll I'm missing my food. She ignored me so I just sat there she finally looked over and I said it again. Meanwhile I at least got to hear elmos world over and over. To the company this is why people choose Starbucks. Yes we pay more but my goodness at least we don't have to deal with children pretending to work. Hire...
