Dunkin' — Restaurant in North Kingstown

Amazingly inconsistent in many ways. It seems that about 60% of the time they get our usual order wrong (that typically being some variation of 2 large iced teas with no sugar and no ice, 1 large iced tea half sweet half unsweet with light ice), and the most common theme is the tea either being coffee or tasting like coffee (as a result of them not cleaning the filter between using the coffee machine for making tea). Next, the attitude. Sometimes they're fast and pleasant, sometimes they take forever and sound like they'd rather be literally anywhere else at that moment. Completely a toss-up. Finally, and most important to me, inconsistent indoor opening. Literally, one day I'll be able to walk right in, next day it'll be drive-thru only, next it'll be back to walk right in. No other restaurant in the state or town seems to do this, it's not because of the regulations. This matters to me because I, as a teen who doesn't have a license, walk from my very nearby house to the Dunkin a ton to get drinks and stuff, and you know how much it pisses you off to walk a mile round trip expecting a nice, refreshing drink and then walking home empty-handed? I visited Dunkin around 2:30 yesterday.. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese sandwich on a plain bagel for my boyfriend and he ate it within minutes, so he must have liked it. I ordered the Bacon Supreme Omelette Breakfast Sandwich on a croissant and replaced the bacon with sausage. It was okay but not as good as I thought it would be 😕 The sausage was dry (very dry around the edges) and even the "omelette" was a little dry around the edges too. The croissant definitely wasn't fresh. I could only eat about half, but I was also not very hungry. I would maybe give it one more try but with bacon.. Overall pretty good service. First off, I would like to say the staff were great throughout the whole visit. The experience - was questionable at most. We came in old cold day, seeking refreshment and replenishment. Did we receive that, Yes, but was it easy or as good quality as we would like? No. The order was pretty simple, a few donuts, munchkins, one coffee, refresher, and a coolants. The donuts were easy, no trouble. Munchkins? Trouble. We asked for 25, and they said we had only one flavor. Not ideal, but whatever.
