I love Jersey mikes and normally order from the EG one. Well this one just opened up right near me, so I’ve been ordering from this location… I don’t know what’s going on, but they are terrible! I’ve ordered from the NK location 3 times now and every time has been bad. First time they made the sandwich wrong, second time they made my sandwich wrong and it was a mess and just today, my sandwich is small and has like nothing on it. Where is the ham and turkey. Is this a Joke? This location also takes a long time and the workers don’t ask if they can help you when you go in to pick up your order. You have to ask them for help. I’ll stick with the EG location!!

Seems like maybe things are improving. Read the other reviews, but my experience was that I was greeted when I entered. I was asked right away what I needed. There was no line, granted it was at dinner time. The order was made correctly with correct customizations and tasted good as I was expecting.

Update: still a 1. Decided to give this location another shot and while the wait was significantly improved, my sandwich got hit with a firehose of oil, vinegar and mayo. I'd recommend finding a different lunch spot if you're in the area.

There was no line, granted it was at dinner time. The order was made correctly with correct customizations and tasted good as I was expecting.

2 days, 2 orders, both wrong. Wrong bread, wrong ingredients, register is clueless, and didn't get my points. I'm better off driving to east Greenwich location if I want good, accurate food and service. EG has only 2-3 people compared to the 8 at this location. Should have done more training prior to opening. I'll stick to EG until I hear...
