Burger King — Restaurant in North Las Vegas

I do not even know where to start. My girlfriend and I went to this burger King, one of the worst experiences in fast food I have ever had. Placed my order on the application. Was in the Drive-Thru for one hour. There were five cars ahead of me and it took the store one hour to process five cars. I saw multiple people standing around with no sense of urgency or desire to get people their orders. Then when is my turn at the window the frozen coke machine was cleaning itself and I was offered two shakes in replacement. Hand the shakes she said thank you. But still no food. Shakes both looked like vanilla and we're not good just hint of chocolate in one and hint of strawberry in the other. Got my order finally fies were spilled in the bag, rodeo burgers were smashed, bread was wet from to much sauce on fish sandwich. And missing chicken fries. She then handed me chicken fries I asked since coke machine was cleaning could I have a coke. (Charged me 3.39) could not believe it. Then while waiting for coke another employee asked for my chicken fries back said said they belonged to another order. I gave them back and saw here put them on a tray for an order inside. Then I got my coke and she said please wait, making more chicken fries. WOW!!!! No ketchup or ranch or napkins. Needless to say as good as BK food is for me. They lost me for this and the last...

I can’t even begin to tell you how unprofessional these people are.Do not go to this Burger King expecting any type of pleasant experience while spend spending your head earned money.I am a regular dude standing at the counter being ignored.A personal transaction between a male and female employee was much more important than my online food order to feed the fam bam .Oh, did I mention that after being Ignored for way too long, one of the employees literally told the other “ hey you gonna help the white boy?” ….I seriously couldn’t make this up if I tried.My mine is blown.Customer service with these folks is non existent and Burger King should take a look at who they employee a little closer.I assure you I was never rude to these folks and I literally only ever told them My order number.Go somewhere else to get trash food.These employees are garbage and they are sad bc they are grown adults that are broke and go home smelling like fryer grease every night……When you go to grab some fries and burgers and see a weed transaction between employees and get called a white boy casually……..you are in the wrong burger joint.The fries we half cooked and you’re place stinks if I’m being honest.Do better BK.We vow to not ever go there again and I see many others feel the same way.If I could give negative stars I would.GO SOMEHERE...

Absolutely horrible experience and horrible service. After waiting 3 minutes to place my order in drive-thru, I pulled up to the window and an employee opened the window and I said "Nobody took my order". He said "Oh, we were getting things in order". I then gave him my order. After waiting at the window for over 7 minutes an employee opens the window and asks me if I have everything. I said "No... you haven't given me my food". So he asked what I ordered and I told him. Then I waited another 5 minutes and was handed my food. When I got home (which was only a two minute ride to my house) the fries were cold and had an old dried up hash brown in it. I then called the restaurant and asked for the manager, who was Andrew. While ccomplaining, he hung the phone up on me! So I got in my car and drove there to get my money back. I told Andrew I was calling the Corporate office in the morning and he said, "I don't care". I told him I know because the service and quality of food shows. He then shouted "I don"t care about YOU!". Yeah, "You" is the customer. DO NOT EAT HERE. STAFF IS NOT TRAINED PROPERLY AND MANAGEMENT...
