Capriotti's Sandwich Shop — Restaurant in North Las Vegas

I was impressed by how poor the customer service was at this location. First off, we walk in and are told we are required to wear a mask (totally understandable, Nevada requires them). We are from out of the state, so we didn’t have them with us. We asked if they had any we could wear and were told, “oh, you can check next door.”

We got the masks, then we got to the register to order, we ordered and then they informed us the soda machine is broken and they only have 3 bottled options. When I tried to order and use the same coupon my friend was using, they said I had to pull it up myself even through the code is the same generic code for the order. After having taking a while to pull it up, the lady finally was like, ‘oh I’ll just apply it don’t worry about it.” After I spent 5 min trying to pull it up.

Following that, we got there around closing time (like 9:30). I went next door to use the restroom (since the didn’t have one) and they tried to kick my friend out while he was still eating/waiting on me. He told them 3 times I just went to the restroom and they persisted. After he didn’t leave, the employee went to the back and started talking about my friend to the other employee that was working.

Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this place. Pricey and customer service...

Ordered the chicken cheese steak with everything on it and extra cheese. I got bread, a little cheese and a few mushrooms. No extra cheese, no bell peppers, no sweet peppers, no onions. I called back & they said to call Corey on Monday. I've left messages, Corey has been dodging me almost 2 weeks now. Obviously, other than throwing away half the sandwich because it was so very and blend, this wasn't a huge deal so I keep forgetting to stop in there. But on principal this should be rectified. The order was placed over the phone and they tried to blame it on the Internet. Uh, no idiot you aren't fooling anyone.

Got a hold of Corey. He was very hospital, overly hospitable, actually... which was not needed. He said he never got 1 message (I left several) and I've been calling for almost 2 weeks. These teenage girls (One who took my order) blamed it on the internet. That's funny, I called in my order and talked to one of those geniuses directly. Good thing Corey is there... My husband went to get a sandwich the other night, during his lunch break, while in his military uniform. The cashier gave him the discount for the sandwich without my husband even asking for it. While he waited, the manager started a conversation with my husband, almost interrogating him about the military and testing his knowledge about it. He eventually asked to see his CAC card, and finally said, "I don't think you're actually in the military. This ID looks fake. This is stolen valor!" My husband grabbed his food and left telling the manager, "Okay, have a great night sir," before returning back on base to continue his shift. I don't know what the manager's issue was, but he's clearly not a genius, nor does he care for customer service. We will not be returning to this location.
