Denny's — Restaurant in North Las Vegas

If I could give zero stars for this place I would! Today was my friend's birthday and my wife told me what our friend and her have went through as a horrible experience at this location of Denny's! First off no one didn't even apologize for the inconveniences that they caused for my friend and my wife! First they gave my friend a hard time on her birthday today by saying that she had to download the Denny's app in order to get a free meal and usually they give it to you I know because I went to denny's for my birthday in November! And when she was going through it for some time while her and my wife were eating together they ended up giving her a free meal and apologizing later. The worst services was one, they gave my friend a coffee mug with lipstick on it number two, my wife asks for sauces for her meal and her sandwich was dried and she talks to two different people about getting sauces and none of them showed up with them at all! Number three no one didn't even ask if there was anything that my wife and our friend needed and they didn't give them any Waters at all to drink or even ask them what they wanted to drink and also they didn't ask to if everything was okay with their meals! The service that they went through was completely horrible and unacceptable as to it being bad customer service! Number four they didn't even sing happy birthday to our friend or didn't even give her any dessert for her birthday and it was just completely deplorable of how unattentive they were and who does that who treats people like that especially on their birthday and our friend she didn't say anything because she didn't want to do any complaining on her own birthday but besides nobody wants to cause drama on their birthday but treat customers were...

At least my dads order was some what ok....My 12 yr old son ordered pancakes an eggs over medium. Pancakes were raw in the center an the eggs came over hard! I ordered chicken strips an as the waitress delivered our food she looked at me an apologized saying " I'm sorry I do this all the time, I hit the mozzarella sticks by mistake, the cook is making your chickenstrips now!!" I finally got my food when my family was almost done with theirs... An when she finally brought my food the strips were not fully cooked..!! She finally brought the bill an she was going to charge for the mozzarella sticks as well until I questioned it, an once again I got the same answer ( Sorry, I do it all the time..!!!!!) An if all of that was not bad enough... Ugh....!!! They only had 3 tables of people including us, the waitress was stocking and Eating over ALL of the serving stations an NOT ONCE WASHED HER HANDS!!!! Does the Health Department not inspect here? Obviously there is no proper training in food handling or prep, I don't even want to think about what we can't see going on.....????!!!!! We will Never eat there again!!! We have eaten here a couple of times before, just thought maybe a bad day for them but no it's...

Service is horrendous. I have been eating here since 2007 and this location is grossly understaffed. I have had to go to the kitchen to ask for napkins, my bill and sauce because of the lack of staff, as well as watched other patrons do the same . Yesterday, I placed a pick up order, was told that it would be ready in 15 minutes, arrived in about 25 minutes to find that my order had never been put in the kitchen. So, I ended up waiting another 15 minutes for them to make my food. A week ago we were dinning in and I asked for water with lemon, 2 of my children squeezed their lemons, as always, and added a little sugar. The waitress with the braids-I think that her name is Tammy or Tanya, told me that if we were seen doing that she would have to charge us for lemonade. Huh! My better sense prevailed and I said nothing. My children wanted to leave because they were shocked by her rude statement. When I told other patrons about her statement, they were all shocked. Needless to say, we will have to go to the dirty dennys on valley and craig. The place is a mess but service is much better. Simmons location if you see me walk in, please...
