Denny's — Restaurant in North Las Vegas

I came a little over a month ago. Received horrible service again. the server didn’t touch our table for 30-40 minutes after being seated. People that came after us received their checks & finishing their meals before we got irritated enough and complained. The manager was very apologetic discounted our meal and told us to please give them a second chance. IM HERE TODAY, second chance and received the same horrible service, the same servers from our last visit were our servers again . It was the server with the tattoos (male) and the server with the pony tail (male) they made eye contact with us 3 times and never approached us. I went to the manager and he sent a server right away to assist us. After she took out drinks we had an accidental spill the male server (ponytail) was notified right away (this was his section) and he said he would come clean it up, instead we see him go back and stand in the back and hang out and until he saw the cleaning lady he sent her (over 5 minutes later) the lady who cleaned the table was nice I asked for the manager again. He apologized again however no matter how apologetic he is there is no correction to staff behavior or service. Food was sent out and guess what …cold eggs, cold fries and no refill to the spilled soda. I will never go again. I hope their servers get addressed this time because this review and the same server we had last time the (tattoos) and pony tail guy either are no longer here or can learn to provide better or at least standard service. In addition, the server that was working our section made it clear he was talking about us in our view and laughing with co workers making it clear he was talking about us & looked our was several times as he laughed and made gestures we weren’t valued. It got so bad that my husband approached him and addressed it. My husband is an executive chef so he addressed it professionally but he was appalled and would have fired them on the spot for making guest feel unwelcome. Never coming again idc how much they comp this meal. When the manager spoke to us again as we told him of the new incident with his server he just kind of looked annoyed and I felt brushed off as he stated I’ll give you half off!? The issue was not the price we offered to pay it all but he just looked like he was done with us at that point instead of his problematic staff member. Other staff including the manager said this was not the first incident they had with the same guy with the pony tail and he had treated guest bad before as well. Clearly they see the pattern however staff is careless due to no repercussions. Highly unsatisfied and even bothered to have another person ask for us to give them another second chance! Maybe at another location but definitely not this one! Area manager commented on my review however he did not leave a full number where I can reach him back at. Extremely...

WORST PATTY MELT EVER!!! If you could even call what you served me a Patty Melt. Imagine my surprise when I got down the road, took a bite of my sandwich & it was a hamburger patty with cheese on stale, toasted & buttered potato bread. NO GRILLED ONIONS, NO SAUCE AT ALL (completely dry) & WHERE WAS THE RYE BREAD???

it tasted so disgusting & was so rubbery that it was obvious to me that the meat was cooked & then sat in a warmer probably for hours before being reheated for my order. It was so rubbery that I was unable to even chew it enough to swallow the only bite I tried. The Potato bread was so stale it was completely inedible as well.

I offered it to my dog. You know some thing is wrong with the food when a dog sniffs & whines at it for several minutes before tasting it. She left most of it on the floor.

I’m a truck driver & usually prefer to cook my own meals inside my truck. However there are days I’m just running too hard to keep a tight delivery schedule & arrive at all my stops on time. This experience was a sad reminder why I only order food to go as a last resort when I’m desperate for a bite to eat. In this case I was better off going hungry for a few more hours & I then made a pb&j sandwich. The pb&j I made myself was delicious.

Your cook obviously has no pride in their work & does not care at all about the food served to your customers. PLEASE SOLVE THE PROBLEM BEFORE YOU GIVE ANY CUSTOMERS A DEADLY CASE OF FOOD POISONING!!!!

Thanks for taking my money & providing me a bag of disgusting garbage that my dog...

This is one of my favorite Denny's in Las Vegas but they keep changing management & staff so much here lately my 5 went to 3 stars for now

Update: I don't know what's the problem now. Service was terrible. It took 30 minutes just to get drinks & our order taken, everyone was already eating when we came in by the way. They had to have cooked our food fast becase it was burnt & under cooked. One meal was an appetizer so that should've only taken 10-15 minutes but she let it sit there & get cold while the other meals where being prepared. Another 15 minutes pass so my son went to the bathroom our food was sitting there waiting. He came back our food was STILL sitting there waiting. Another family came in, got severed their drinks & we where still waiting. She takes their order & we are STILL waiting. It got so bad my spouse got up to see what was taking so long. Only now do they bring us our food 45 minutes later it's cold. Fries are burnt, steak is overcooked, burger is sloppy & the mashed potatoes are runny & cold. They offered to get new food but it's to late. We have to go to work we didn't have another 45 minutes to spare but I didn't want it anyway, mess around & get spit in my food. This is the 3rd time I've been let down by this location, we WILL NOT be going back. Safe traveling people. Go to the taco place or another location. I LOVE Denny's but not...
