I walked in and was immediately greeted by someone aggressively yelling “How can I help you?” from behind a wall. I replied with a simple “Hello,” only to be met with the same aggressive tone again. I calmly responded, “I’m not going to yell,” and then the employee finally came around the corner only to do what had to be done on the computer anyway. I’m not sure why all the yelling was necessary in the first place. It was a terrible first impression and, frankly, unacceptable customer service.
If that’s the image this business wants to portray, then that’s their choice but it certainly doesn’t reflect well. On top of that, the store itself was filthy. The floors looked like they haven’t seen a mop in years, the glass and counters were smudged, and the product on the wall had layers of dust on them and the entire place had a strong, unpleasant odor like sweat and ass It genuinely felt unhygienic.
I’m disappointed that T-Mobile directed me to this location instead of one in the Centennial area, where I’ve always received much better service. My phone issue was resolved, but if customer service and cleanliness matter to you, I wouldn’t recommend coming here. I’ve attached photos to show just how dirty...
Read moreWould not reccomend to repair your nintendo switch here even though they said they could.
Front desk people were nice, but whoever 'repaired' it gave it back to me worse than before.
I didn't have to pay, but sucks to have it back even worse than it originally was for a repair shop.
Brought it to another repair shop and now I have to pay more for my nintendo switch repair at that place due to its worsened condition.
Could've been about 70 bucks, but with the joystick repair (this repair shop changed it to a black one oddly enough, even though I gave them white joysticks to replace it with to match all of my white buttons) its more than 100 bucks.
This location was close to me, so its kind of sad that this is the case and have to drive further out...

I broke my screen yesterday and I was in a state of panic as I start a really big job tomorrow, and not having a functional phone would literally make me the most worthless person on the job site as communication is vital in the TV & Film world.
Chris was there waiting for me when I got there (we spoke on the phone) he asked me a few questions, said it usually takes an hour or 2 to get it done but when he found out my situation he told me to come back in less than an hour, which he didn't have to do, but is appreciated more than he'll ever know.
Very professional, very fast, and all around excellent customer service. Give that man a raise, recognition, and a vacation. ...
