Dotty's — Restaurant in North Las Vegas

Horrible absolutely horrible ! I’ve been a long time devoted customer And player to dottys Shown great respect for the workers and the service they provided. I actually went on a date at this dottys With a beautiful attractive young woman in which I boasted About the awesome chicken the serve. I ordered A Long Island Ice-T glass of white Zinfandel and one order of barbecue chicken wings. And a nice that tip before the service. The wine was fine. But my lady Long Island wasn’t. Tasted like some ghetto-aid when chicken arrived it was straight burnt To a Crisp. I mean black. With the dissatisfaction of my date I brought the chicken back and was told that the barbecue sauce is the only thing that burnt but the chicken is good. So after I brought it back my girl was still dissatisfied after trying it and said that they supposed to cook the chicken Then put barbecue sauce after. So then on my 2nd Attempt to bring the food back the clerk Was very rude and gave me an ultimatum. She said it’s either going to come out raw another word under cooked with barbecue sauce or cook perfect with burnt barbecue sauce. So she is basically telling Us that we can either have it under cook or Burnt. When my girl stepped in she said please remove gum or give us a refund and the clerk said no refund but they will be under cooked. After my girl put her in her place and schooled her on proper customer service, The worker got very rude unprofessional in real sloppy on explaining the issue. I love daddy but this particular worker is rude, lack of problem solving skills, disrespectful, unprofessional, and with that sort of behavior from a worker that should be securing the needs of customers is entirely 100% unacceptable. Me and my date neither received our refund or had our chicken remade. Wouldn’t recommend going to this one because of a blk skinny female worker Who is supposed to be symbol and a representation to the dottys Community show nothing but ghetto Unprofessional service. Me and my girl No never go to it again. And speaking highly of dottys to my date placed me in a bad position once all the good things I said wasn’t shown through the employees at this location. 1 star for them and they wouldn’t even get one star auto baby but I had to select one to...

NEVER, EVER, go to this place. It's a total DUMP!!!! First, my car was broken into. No security whatsoever!!!! While inside, I put a $100 bill into a machine without receiving credits for my money. I asked the bartender for help, he made some calls and nothing was ever done. I was told, I would be contacted at some point. Its been a few weeks and I've not gotten a response. Lesson learned for me, I will never step foot in any of the Dotty's again. I've been gambling for decades, I don't mind losing. I do, however mind being treated unfairly. I've looked for a person I can email to discuss my experience at their property, but have yet to find anything. During a 2 alarm fire in my condominium complex at 9am the morning of July 9th 132 condos had to be evacuated in 116 degree temp. In what we wore to bed the night before. Many did not even have shoes on. We gathered in front of a vacant building. In parking lot next door while they were fighting the fire. Many of us had to use the restroom since we were woken up to this nightmare. Several of us went into dotty's to use the restroom and were refused because we did not have a ID on us.
