The wings hands down have always been delicious but the staff are very lacking when it comes to customer service, I get it, you're swamped but in the food and beverage industry your customer service should be top notch. I called today to make an order, the worker did her welcome speech and asked what she could help me with, I greet her in return and just as I'm about to say what I want, she cut me off and tells me, "Go to hamurgerhutlv.com to order". I was dumbfounded and all I could do was agree and say my thanks before she quickly hung up on me. This isn't the first time these people have been rude, mind you. I order 25 hot wings online and it says the order would be ready in 15 minutes--that's completely fine. I wait fifteen minutes before leaving my house, get there, only to have to wait in a long line as if I'm barely ordering. I reach the register to pay because it stated online that if you pay with card you have to pay once you arrive, which makes no sense since you're ordering online, you should be able to pay it while placing your order but I digress. I pay for my order and I get told it would be ready soon, mind you the entire time I'm looking at a sign they wrote at the bottom of the register that says along the lines of, "orders made online will have a 10 minute wait period upon arrival”...WHY? That completely defeats the purpose of online ordering. It felt as if I had gone in there without ordering ahead of time because the people ahead of me were receiving their orders as they went. The man in front of me got his order before I did even though I had ordered--at this point in time longer than 15 minutes PRIOR online. I know they never started my order because I seen the cook work on my order once the cashier that helped me out gave him my ticket. My whole rant about this is... DON'T HAVE AN ONLINE SERVICE IF YOU DON'T KNOW HOW IT WORKS AND ALSO TRAIN YOUR STAFF TO BE NICE because even though they always have a snippy attitude and I essentially wasted 25 minutes (edit: I actually was at Hamburger Hut for about 20 minutes because of the line. So in total about 45 minutes were wasted) that I didn't have to, I was still nice to them because I've worked in the f&b industry before and being tired or having a bad day shouldn't be reflected onto your customers! Read morePlaced in a order from postmates and when I called to complain about a missing item . The very rude female who answered the phone basically called me a liar because her ticket did not showed 2 four piece chicken fingers. I was charged for 2 order thur postmates. I explained what I got charged for and instead of tring to to hear me out she insisted that thats not what I order!!! I asked for her manager and the owner got on the phone and he told me that I take the risk when ordering thru postmates. He stated that they come in show them their phone and THEY punch in the order , so that means that the lady did no take the order correctly from the postmates drivers phone.The owner than told me I need to call postmates that Hamburger hut has nothing to do with postmates but yet they are definitely on the guide for the postmates app when searching places, so how can they not take responsibility for their mistake plus the lack of customer service was unbelievable! Postmates do not have a customer service number to call you have to send a email and wait for a reply. Never again!! By the way the food was not good at all the shrimps were rubbery and burnt, the fries were soggy and the nachos tasted as if they just open a can of cold cheese and pour it on some stale chips ,the soda was flat and the chicken fingers were definatly not the same as when we orderd before much smaller than normal! Read moreCall to make an order received someone on the line whom said I had to go online. Not a big deal so I placed an order specifically with no seasoning and sauce on the side. Immediately. I notice no sauce. So i call them to speak to a manager whom told me it's not that serious its just sauce. You can come back and get it. I had not even eating the food yet. So i go to eat the chicken and its salty and i get an immediate blood pressure rush. Oh its not that serious just got serious. Now I'm mad so I go to the store wasting my time and my gas to go down there and when I asked to speak to the manager the lady going to say why I can take care of you I said no I would like to speak to the manager. Then I'm frustrated now so either you give me my food correctly or you give me my money back. This unprofessional manager says we don't do refunds. Im yelling she yelling telling me not too now I'm arguing. And like I told them it is all the way serious when someones life is on the line. So as im calling the police the lady i first argued with she calls me over to get a new order which I checked and was finally correct. Customer service at its finest is not at this establishments and to top it off. Check out the baby wings you pay for. Stick with Wingstop or Buffalo...
