There is nothing healthy or satisfying about this restaurant. Stopped in on my lunch hour and ordered a beef and broccoli bowl and a Thai tea with boba. The bowl was filled with the thickest most flavorless rice, and a very small portion of tough beef and very little broccoli. The teriyaki sauce, which is served from a squeeze bottle that you help yourself to, was very thick and overly sweet. When I was called back to pick up my tea, it was in the form of a smoothie. When I inquired, the clerk said oh, if you didn't want it like this you needed to tell us. It was my first time there, I didn't know. I asked if it could be done as a regular Thai tea, and she said yes. She called me back a few minutes later and handed me a beverage that was as far detached from looking like Thai tea that I've ever seen. Floating on top of the beverage was a greasy, almost curdled-looking film. I took a small sip and almost gagged at the thick, sweet drink. I took it back again and inquired. I also asked if they had made it with the dairy free coffee creamer they had next to the beverage station. This time it was a young man who took my inquiry. Giving me a puzzled look, he said yes. I showed him the drink with the now obvious film on top and told him it looked gross and tasted awful, and that non-dairy creamer is not meant to be a milk substitute. He just stared at me and said he did as he was told. I told him I understood, and to please relay to his corporate office that non-dairy creamer, while less expensive than milk, is not an appropriate option. I finally had to ask for a refund on the beverage, as he was not offering a substitute beverage or other resolution. What a wasted lunch hour and miserable meal. Not to mention the stomach ache I had all afternoon and indigestion lasting well into the next day. Would give them - 5 if I could. Wish I'd have taken pictures to support...
Read moreSo disappointing!!! I ordered four bowls for the total to come out to $58 dollars. I walk out happy thinking damn they load their bowls right, I ordered a Mongolian steak bowl with no rice just veggies! Paid almost $17 for this bowl. I get home only to have 4 pieces of cut up steak. And they were not big pieces ok 4 small pieces of cut up steak and all veggies and sauce from the veggies all the way to the rim of the bowl! My disappointment is they charge so much for four pieces of meat! and when I called asking if they made a mistake he said word for word that’s 4 ounces of steak so it’s our policy ma’am🤦🏽♀️ your better off going somewhere else because 4ounces does not look like this! What they did to make it feel and look full was add so much of the veggie sauce and I had to pour it out!!! So disappointing!!!!!!! Don’t go here it’s a huge rip off!! And not only that the man I spoke to on the phone smh gaslighted me the entire time trying to make it my fault smfh!!!! 0-10 DO NOT RECOMMEND UNLESS YOU LOVE...
Read moreWhile the staff was exetremely friendly amd the restuarant was clean and presentable, the food was an extreme dissapointment. I ordered a Chicken Teriyaki bowl with brown rice and vegetables, which included very undercooked carrot chunks, 3 beans which had been prepared several hours prior as they had started to breakdown, and an abundance of zucchini, which was the best vegetable in the bowl. The "Grilled Chicken" was likely charred the previous day and then kept in hot storage with an abundance of moisture...it was the limpest, squishiest chicken i have had from a restuarant. The rice wasnt bad. I have eaten at multiple locations within Las Vegas due to convenience of location, but this will be the last time. I believe the problems with the food to be systemic, not from the staff, as I have had the same experience at...
