Taco Bell — Restaurant in North Las Vegas

Customer service sucks! When they are told of their mistakes they have attitudes and still does not correct them. Trying to call them to let them know is a task...all you get is the phone ringing then "please enter your access code". Seriously! I paid for what i wanted,not for what you wanted to give me! No bueno! I'm coming back for my stuff to be straightened out....ooops, you kept my receipt! Garbage! I'm still coming back though, because just like you,i worked hard for that money i just spent up in there! 🔥POoR CuStoMeR seRviCe BrUh🔥... to be continued... So...we went back! The very rude MANAGER told us that the order was corrected and they did not keep the receipt,even after giving her back the tacos that were regular and not supreme (in which were ordered).She loudly argued with my mother in law after she requested her money back and said she couldn't do that. I told here she could look at the register log and find the order,she declined unprofessionally stating "its busy!",with no one in drive thru behind us...so the manager was told she may wanna call the police because we weren't leaving without our money! mANaGER said NO but doing right said 💰💰 I can't eat there after that!!! Went there this Friday afternoon 12/9/22. Probably around 3-4 pm. I ordered two large Baja Blast sodas. Got to the window, young black male had no idea what he was doing. He tried handing me two small Baja Blast Freezes. I said, No I wanted two large Baja blast sodas. He walks away and comes back a minute or two later and says, “you wanted just a Pepsi right?”. I respond, Um no I just want two large Baja Blast sodas. He says, “oh okay” and proceeds to hand me ONE Baja Blast soda and then tried to give me the two small Baja Blast Freezes again after I said that isn’t what I wanted. I tell him, No I didn’t order those. I just wanted two of these Baja Blast Sodas. This guy made TWO MORE LARGE Baja Blast sodas and tried handing them to me. I tell him, I only need two not three. I just need the one more. You already gave me one remember? He said, “oh ok, well you can just have the third one.” I’m over this interaction so I just get my receipt and this guy charged me for the 2 small Baja Blast Freezes and 1 Large Baja Blast soda. Seriously? This guy was so incompetent I just had to drive away because of how ridiculous he was. Must have been insanely high or just...

Made a quick stop to get some food and use the restroom because me and my husband were traveling back to CA. Only one kiosk worked. The person at the registry denied the people behind us and told them to wait for us to finish at the kiosk and they can order there. We waited for the bathroom key because one of the workers said that an employee had it and that employee was in the bathroom. But, the whole time they had the key ! I’m literally 8 months pregnant and was just trying to use the bathroom while we waited for our food. Then I was let in the restroom after they had opened it for someone else and the lady can see I was pregnant so she just held the door for me. The employee almost opened the door to let someone else in while I was in there! Good thing my husband was watching out for me. THEN they tried to give my husband a free drink for the inconvenience but we had already ordered so technically he didn’t even give us a free drink he just gave us the cup my husband ordered.
