Overall: 3.7/5 (dine in) Uhhmm, glad I didn't read the Yelp reviews before stopping by here. It's also crazy how different the Yelp review is from the Google reviews (3.9 stars). We were heading to the Maya Cinemas and made a pit stop at Panda Express for a quick dinner before the movie. We ordered online so by the time we got there, our order was ready. They had everything packed including napkins, forks, and all the requested sauces. They verified the order as well which I liked. We got the bigger plate ($11.30) but paid $1.50 extra for each of the premium entrees we got. The small premium entree really isn't worth it since the to go is so tiny; only get it as part of a bowl/plate. We got a small honey walnut shrimp ($6.70) and there were only a few pieces. This was actually the most disappointing one of 4 entrees as well. The honey sesame chicken breast isn't premium but it was really good; the string beans were okay though. We got the black pepper angus steak (premium) which was surprisingly tender and delicious. The chili crisp shrimp were crispy and better than the honey walnut shrimp. We got half chow mein and fried rice which we mixed with the teriyaki sauce. The fried rice was a bit too mushy for my liking.

I do not recommend this Panda if you see the are busy. They can not handle a high intake of costumers. I ordered 2 plates with 2 sides both sides orange chicken. Simple order and they still managed to screw it up and only served me half the portion on one of them. Not to mention the oder plate had 1/3 of a full onion as you can see on the pictures. I had to drive back and ask for the rest of my orange chicken. No compensation for my time or bad experience. When I got home my food was already cold. I did not enjoy this meal at all.

Call in to let manager Mela or marie that chow mein was not cooked correctly and raw, she proceeded to say she always checks her food with temperature, saying we were the ones in the wrong. If I could not give any stars I wouldn’t they don’t even deserve the 1 star. Even when getting food in drive through younger lady rolling her eyes when I said for hot sauce and chill. Just bad service & food. Very much not a recommended panda to stop at…

Hours: Sunday 9AM–11PM Monday 9AM–11PM Tuesday 9AM–11PM Wednesday 9AM–11PM Thursday 9AM–11PM Friday 9AM–11PM Saturday 9AM–11PM I want you to note that I have attached your hours of operation from your website. Because this will come in handy later in this letter. I also will be attaching a picture from the location while I was there at time stamped at 10:25pm showing people inside and the doors locked during normal operating hours (which is against the law i might add). Now the reason I"m writing this. I drove by to get food for some people that were broken down on the freeway with some kids and waiting for a tow truck and the kids were hungry a asked for panda express. So we went to your store to get them some being the nice people we are and not being able to fix there car. Just to fine we arrived 35 min before closing what luck walked up to the door and it was locked , but there was people sitting in there and employee's behind the counter just looking at us smiling . Thinking maybe there being held up . but no we waited and stood there for a good 5 min while they cleaned and no one came to the door or nothing still maybe for 11 pm which is your closing time. Which I pointed out to them through the glass door and no one seemed to care I'm assuming because it was Friday night in Las Vegas and Life is Beautiful concert and no one wanted to work 1 min pass closing cleaning, is my guess. I believe that is the poorest case of customer service I have seen in a long time. NOT one person and there were 4 employees that I could see did the right thing. That's poor training and management. Because at least one of those people had to be a manager. Well you not only lost a sale but I will tell the story and ask every one I tell the story to to repeat it and tell them, not only not to go to your Panda express but any Panda express. People do get sick of being tread badly and people remember bad customer service and as long as they is people that will do the right thing Like In and out Burger (because when I was telling them the story they gave me the food for free and I tipped the staff $100) so they won both was and I wrote them a...

The young ladies that served the food were so incredibly sweet that I almost hate to give a bad review. BUT, here goes! I'll start by saying the CHOWMEIN NOODLES were a steaming, tasteless, disaster! I was extremely disappointed in them. Not even Soy Sauce could help. The ORANGE CHICKEN was hot, fresh and delicious. Full of flavor, sauced to perfection and slightly crunchy. The WALNUT SHRIMP were fabulous! Again, sauced to perfection, plenty of candied walnuts, crispy, crunchy shrimp! This dish was soooo good! Full of flavor with a little hint of spicy fire. You knew the fire was there but it didn't ruin the dish. The EGG ROLLS were a disgusting waste of money. The Sesame oil overpowered the filling which was a sticky, gooey, glob, of something I couldn't identify. The CREAM CHEESE RANGOON were a crispy, crunchy, creamy, delicious party for the pallet! Now for the REALLY bad news. It was 104 degrees outside and their air conditioning was on the fritz. The heat was horrible and unbearable! They should've closed the doors! It was horrible for me so I know the people that work there were feeling AWFUL. In those horrible work conditions, customer service DID NOT...
