Came Here Today Morning Since This Location Is On My Way To My Station. Where I Dealt With An Absolutely Genuine and Wonderful Extremely Respectful Young Lady Miss "Ahliyah." She Has The Most Humble and Positive Attitude and Great Smile In Customer Service, I Felt a True Blessing Indeed, As Miss Ahlihay Changed My Entire Day To Positive and Remind Me How Short And Beautiful Our Life Truly Is. As A Local Community Law enforcement Detective and 12 Year Marine Combat Veteran It Was indeed a pleasure to deal with Such Positive interaction. Her Genuine and Excellent Customer Service. Treating everyone and Myself with the same Humbleness and Beautiful Attitude, We all Deserve To. This Location has a High amount of Customers Who came and Just Left Negative Comments and Feedback, I Assure You It Was Not My Case. As We All Deserve that Warm Welcoming and Genuine treatment I see From This Location. Miss Ahliyah Ensure I and everyone else had the same Experience. It's Absolutely Amazing that there is indeed still People with such Dedication and Passion and Compassion Towards others. As a Public Figure Serving My Community and My Nation As a Law Enforcement Gentleman And as a Marine. It Humbled Myself Even More Seeing How She Is Full of Positive Energy And Joy. To whoever the managers are for the morning shift... I have been in the neighborhood for 2 years and have been coming to your establishment for the duration of the two years & never received trash service like I did this morning at 6:38am by your employee Martin A. First off, it was just me & another car in line and he made me & my aunt drive to #1 instead of allowing me to wait in line for my time slot, I ordered a T Pain Munchie Meal enlarged with a Strawberry Fanta, a #21 breakfast croissant meal (enlarged), and an order of 7 jalapeno poppers. My Munchie Meal was void of my cookie and air freshener, and my fries were cold & old. I received a cluck sandwich combo (enlarged) instead of what I ordered..... When he came out to bring my food out I looked in the bag of stuff for my 72 year old aunt's bag and it's a chicken sandwich... I told Martin that's not what I ordered. I said where's my croissant? He claimed he said would I like to change my order to a number 12 .... He never asked that. We initially went to your establishment for a croissant because that's what my aunt wanted because she had to take her meds this morning with food. He literally lied to my face and I told him I'd be back to get the correct order after work because I was in a rush after and didn't have time to get my order corrected. He took forever to bring my food out and it wasn't what I ordered. I swear when he came out he was smiling in my face after I told him that wasn't my order like he did it on purpose. He needs retraining & better customer service. I'll be back later...

Update 04/26/22 I was FINALLY able to order food from inside. 🥹😀. The manager of the store (her name is Bless) was taking our order and she gave such wonderful service to my wife and I. Her attitude, attention to detail, and her spirit was a "Blessing, hehe." Now that the doors are open again, I can finally go back here and order without the hassle of Delivery and Drive Thru. Tried their Popcorn Chicken 50/50 box with fries and their promo sauce. Tasty. 😋

Update 07/25/21 See BelowI had ordered my food online and went to pick it up, but there was an error with my payment. The manager there gave us our food for free because of the mix up, but asked for me to retry the order later at home. I made good on my word and called back confirming my payment. Never had I been given such service like this. They treated me with true care. 10/5 stars.

Update I ordered on their app, they delivered, but the food was all wrong. Went to the place, got them to let me in(diner is closed) and fix my order, but I overheard they were short staffed and someone quit the very moment. Saw the drive-thru line and it was backed up. Customers are outside frustrated and demanding a solution. This place is badly in need of help. I wouldn't order from here until things are set, otherwise you're gonna have issues with your orders. I feel bad for them. They're...
